    DREAMING Your Best Life

    in Women

Goddesses, Tune in Thursdays at 6:00pm (EST) Jahari's guest will be Life Coach Jaime Shearer. Jamie says many of us get entrenched in our daily roles - wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter, entrepreneur, athlete, employee, boss, etc., and lose the vital life force energy to inspire all that we do. If that goes on for too long, we begin to experience mood swings, health challenges, relationship distress, and a series of other “symptoms” that are calling our attention to our souls, to the way we were intended to live our lives. Each of us is naturally successful, abundant, radiant, full of energy, and thriving! When we are at our best, that’s how we feel and what we experience. It is our birthright to feel good and to fulfill our dreams. We are meant to experience a sense of ease and flow in all that we do. Some might say that this is “dreaming,” and I would say YES! It is. It’s how we are most effective at living a life that feels good to us. Shearer will reveal three ways you can to start dreaming TODAY. #1 make feeling good a #1 priority. #2 we get to choose how we respond to life. #3  What trips up people from DREAMING their life into reality?

Tracey Birdsall- Award-winning Model and Actress

    in Entertainment

    Tracey Birdsall

    Award-winning Model and actress

One of the most beautiful and talented actresses in the world, Tracey Birdsall (FAMILY TIES, DAWN OF THE CRESCENT MOON, LOVING) is doing press this month.

Birdsall, known for both her modeling work and for playing Amy Sanders on the classic soap LOVING, has become a major force in independent film. She walked away with the Maverick award in 2014 for her performance in the new thriller DAWN OF THE CRESCENT MOON.

A model during her Malibu teen years, Birdsall was one of only 10 finalists nationwide to make it into the prestigious Wilhelmina “40+” modeling/runaway competition in recent times. “I grew up modeling and doing print work,” Birdsall-Smith said. “Then you hit your mid-to-late twenties and you think your career is over.”

As a teen, she won the Miss Teeny Bikini title and appeared in commercials for Sunkist and Coors Light, while performing in plays in the meantime.

Birdsall is available to talk about her long career in front of the camera – making the transition from modeling to acting, working on classics like Family Ties with Michael J.Fox, and some of her new films, including Dawn of the Crescent Moon, the family comedy The Grounded, and the upcoming science-fiction film Death Machine, in which she voices the role of a HAL-like computer.
