SORT BY Relevancy
We don't need no stinking format! Just another way THEY are trying to tell ME and YOU how to act and what to do! You feel the same, I know it, and you know it, tell everone that you are not going to be that patsy anymore, you are Vern and Vern knows how to be noticed for ideas and common sense. Why, once was people could say what was on their mind without someone sayin' they couldn't. Well we are ending that today and continuing every day to be heard and counted as the Verns we are! Salute the Moms, Apple Pie and Verns of this America! Be a Vern and speak your mind! Call and tell me what gripes Vern. Vern is male/ female, youngish, oldish, comes in all shapes, colors and varied backgrounds. Vern is cool, square, forward, backward, sometimes smart, sometimes not, and can be seen in the mirror! I'm Vern, you're Vern, we're all Vern!
Do you feel that you're being distracted from your God-given ordained purpose in life? From your true divine purpose? What do you love to do that you've been hindered from doing? Do you know what you were born to do? What did you do as a kid that you used to love doing?
This week we are going to look at why our living rooms are so messy? Is it Paper Clutter and Hot Spots? Your hot spots are filled with paper clutter. Most of it is mail that you have not processed. We are going to talk about some ways to keep your paper clutter under control. It only takes a few minutes a day. You are going to be surprised to find clear flat surfaces when you police your hot spots.

Growing food for your household is wise and healthful, especially organically grown plants from non GMO, heirloom seeds. Begin with preparing the soil. The quantity, quality, variety and balance of minerals, microbes and worms in the soil our food grows in, have a great bearing on our health and longevity. With raised beds and container gardening, using a tarp, tent, cold frame, shed or a greenhouse, you can extend the growing season. Sprouts, lettuce and other crops can be grown indoors even in winter.

Whether property is funded into a trust is primarily a matter of intent. With every comprehensive estate plan you should include not only an “Assignment of Personal Property,” which explicitly states that all personal property is intended to be funded into the trust, but also instructions as to how all other types of estate assets should be transferred into your trust.
In this show, Bill and Rick discuss how each asset "type" is funded and what you should have prepared to ensure that end.
Al Diaz and co-host Cathi Ketterling share their insights Evolution Fest: How I met ME. Moving from what you do to who you really are.

Cathi Ketterling has been a pharmacist for nearly 20 years. About 10 years ago she felt as though there had to be a better way to help people heal themselves in a more natural way. She began studying everything she could about how to live a healthy, natural lifestyle and how our environment contributes to our overall health. Don't let her mainstream medical degree fool you. Cathi has been studying the natural healing arts since she was in high school and has great knowledge of both main stream medicine and the natural approach of herbs, supplements, diet, meditation, exercise, deep tissue cleansing, etc.
Cathi has been helping clients for the past 4 years create amazing, fun, and healthy lifestyles so they feel fantastic, look younger, become healthier, and even start to reverse disease.
Health turned from her hobby into passion as Cathi realized that living a healthy lifestyle can be flexible, fun, fulfilling, and can help create that for you as well
