Goddesses, Tune in Thursdays at 6:00pm (EST) Jahari's guest will be Life Coach Jaime Shearer. Jamie says many of us get entrenched in our daily roles - wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter, entrepreneur, athlete, employee, boss, etc., and lose the vital life force energy to inspire all that we do. If that goes on for too long, we begin to experience mood swings, health challenges, relationship distress, and a series of other “symptoms” that are calling our attention to our souls, to the way we were intended to live our lives. Each of us is naturally successful, abundant, radiant, full of energy, and thriving! When we are at our best, that’s how we feel and what we experience. It is our birthright to feel good and to fulfill our dreams. We are meant to experience a sense of ease and flow in all that we do. Some might say that this is “dreaming,” and I would say YES! It is. It’s how we are most effective at living a life that feels good to us. Shearer will reveal three ways you can to start dreaming TODAY. #1 make feeling good a #1 priority. #2 we get to choose how we respond to life. #3 What trips up people from DREAMING their life into reality?
Imagine how you’ll feel 6 weeks from now when you look in the mirror and see a new you. Think it can’t happen? Think again. You can do this and you will be able to fit this process into your busy schedule. You’ll discover how to create a habit you can really live with.

Besides having one of the best writer’s websites I’ve ever seen, Joan Dempsey has successfully merged the craft she loves with a business model that helps others reach their writing goals. On March 8 at 6 PM EST, she joins me on the Behind the Prose Radio Show to tell us how she lives the literary life oh-so-well. There are things I want to know like: what is a "writing shed” and how does one get one? How do writers decide which genre to focus on? And can you really teach an old writer dog new cut-clutter-from-your sentences-tricks?
Besides delving into her original course, Improve Your Writing: Ten Essential Tools for Streamlining Your Sentences, we’ll focus on the craft of her short story, “Wild Swan” which appeared in The Adirondack Review.
Joan will take your questions live on the air via my studio call-in phone number 347-857-2225.

She had pretty much given up on the idea...So, when an incredible man unexpectedly came into her life, the result of an errant email, he turned her world upside down. Four months later, his unexpected death brought it to a crashing halt. So, how can she be so positive? What did she learn that will help you make your life better? Listen in and find out how you can apply the same insights to your life.
When you stay focused in life you are in control & when you are in control your life become better & better. Adding some well thought effort into your daily tasks, make everything possible. Try practicing staying focus throughout the day become easier and easier each time you are aware of it.
To stay focus is to be present in this moment we call it now. It takes a practice and more practice to make it your way of life. The key to staying focus is to live in the now. Bring yourself back to this present moment where everything starts and begins. Ask yourself repeatedly throughout the day, what am I thinking about right now? What am I doing right now? How am I feeling right now? If your thinking and doing do not match what you really want, you are not focused. Take a step forward to recognizing what you are doing every moment of every day and watch your life become what you want it to be. Train your mind to be obedient, train your conscious mind to be obedient.
Start getting organized in your mind and in the space around you. start with your mind first because your mind have control of what you do. When you train your mind, your mind does what you want.
Make a daily priority list and everything on that list should be important.

The first job we get we usually are around 18years old. We go out looking and we take the first job offered. We work on that job until we are laid off, fired, or the business shuts done. Again we do the same thing, and again and again. This is the most most of us have when it come to job search. Job search is a skill. Most of us never learned the skill. Most of us never read even a sentence about how to be successful in finding a job. Because we don't learn how, we end up in dead in jobs more times than not. Life happens and before you realize it you are stuck in a dead end job, making the same money ten years later. To get the best out of life, like anything else, you have to put in the best of ingredients. Completing high school is not enough to expect the best of jobs. Dropping out of high school surely is not enough to expect the best of jobs. If your best job search techniques haven't been good enough, you need help.
