Are you using one of the fastest growing tools to provide value to your prospect, positioning you as an authority in your field?
Video marketing is really as old as television itself. Formerly an expensive mode afforded only by the big companies, videos have been put in the reach of every business owner and sales professional with social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Vimeo. This week, Rick Cooper, President of Social Media Outcomes, will be sharing basics about video marketing. We will talk about how to get started, platforms to use, and ways to use your videos to generate warm leads for your product or service.
We are looking forward to having Rick join us for this important topic this week.
The Obama Administration and Congress have been at odds for months over a major overhaul of U.S. Corporate tax laws. Everyone seems to agree that something should be done but how will small business owners benefit?
Raymond J. Keating who serves as chief economist with the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council (SBE Council), a nonpartisan, nonprofit small-business advocacy group, says corporate tax reform alone won't get the job done and instead insists it has to be comprehensive across the board tax reform. Keeting, who talks with host Kelly Scanlon, maintains small business owners who employee 55 percent of the private sector workforce and earn more than 60 percent of net business income shouldn't be ignored.
Keeting writes, speaks and testifies on a wide range of issues affecting the entrepreneurial sector of the economy.

This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!
