    Immigration

    in Politics Conservative

On a special Memorial Day show for you, I'll be talking about a special topic- immigration. Why immigration?  Well, in looking at certain stories over the past few days, to me, and I know to many of you it's a key issue.  But what I wanted to focus on in particular is who's moving to the back of the line on immigration versus who should be moving to the back of the line and of course who they claim will be moving to the back of the line.  Who's getting left out in the cold and who's getting the short end of the stick?  It's certainly not who it should be.  I also wanted to talk a bit about the fast track trade bill or TPA bill that just passed the Senate this past week in a weird moment in which Obama was for it, but so were most Republicans, while most Democrats were against it.  What's that have to do with immigration?  Well, if you don't know, you'll have to listen to find out.  It's at 4:30 today Eastern time, and you can listen on the archives after that.

Until the NBA Conference Finals, a majority of the series had momentum swings.  Well, the Golden State Warriors can clinch a spot in the NBA Finals, if they win tonight.  The Cleveland Cavaliers will try to sweep the Atlanta Hawks Tuesday night.  Listen in and share your thoughts.  Happy Memorial Day.

"How Value Based Leadership Increases Your Bottom Line"

    in Women

"An ounce of action is worth more than one word." ~ Tracy Worley

Tribute to our Armed Forces, First Responders, And Un-Sung Heroes!

Values based leadership is influencing others; values based leadership is influencing through valued actions and creates a big leap to success. Values based leadership creates a strong team, client relations, and a culture where "everyone wants to work for you."

Join us as we discuss three key areas to creating your values based leadership model and creating a significant increase to your bottom line.

    Values

    ?Communication
    Connection
    Culture

    Action
    ?Word(s)
    Think Tank
    Define
    Discuss
    Share (all team members)?
    Engaged
    Measureable
    Motivated
    Authentic Leadership

Authentic values based leadership is doing what works for you and your organization. Value sets in your organization will be different than the competition down the street. Leading the same way you have always done without reflection creates a non-engaged culture; lead with valued integrity and everything else will fall into place to the next levels of success you could not see before.

    Look UP and OUT!
