This week, a federal judge overturned Washington DC's 2009 gun ban saying it was unconstitutional. DC has some of the strictest (and most confusing) gun laws, but they're not without challenge. Will we start seeing regular citizens in DC with guns holstered? Tune in!
Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately?
There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective.
Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting.
But the conversation is always respectful and you’re sure to learn something new, even if you don’t agree!
If you’ve always wondered how the “other side” thinks and how they’ve arrived at their “stand”, then this is the show for you!
It’s not the right side, it’s not the wrong side, but the REAL side of the issues!

Bards Logic welcomes Althea Shaw. We will discuss her family's tragic story stemming from our porous borders with a government and justice system that doesn't seem to care.
Althea is currently working with her family on legislation that would deport illegal alien gangs out of the City of Los Angeles. This law is named, "Jamielslaw", in memory of her nephew, Jamiel Shaw II.
Jamiel was 17 years young when he was executed by an illegal alien gangbanger. The killer was negligenlty released from jail on March 1, 2008 and he executed Jamiel on March 2, 2008. He was given the death penalty in November, 2012 and he is currently on death row.
Althea worked for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LACSD), for 8 years as a civilian employee. She left the LACSD in 1989 and began working as a civilian employee for the City of Los Angeles, (LAPD) in 1990. She resigned after 14 years.
In addition to working on JamielsLaw, Althea is an advocate for justice in her neighborhood. She attends various community meetings and is very out spoken against illegal immigration.

Sen. Ted Cruz met with key House Republicans this evening to urge them to oppose Speaker Boehner's plan to stem the flow of illegals at the border.
