Who is responsible? Child or the parents responsible? When a goes out and commits horrible acts of crimes against other people, should the parents of a minor child have to face prosecution also? Ms Kai Jones, co-host of the newly named online radio talk show, The Rob and Kai Show, formerly Money, Sex and Babies, invites you to an open discussion about this sure to be heated topic this Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m. Est. www.blogtalkradio.com/msblive...
For the first 18 or so years of your life, your parent’s job was to teach, provide and guide, often giving unsolicited advice or overriding your choices. Then comes the day when you’re grown and on your own, and your parents can’t seem to loosen their grip – allowing you to be an independent adult.
There are many adults who feel that their parents don’t know their place, and over-step their boundaries – going as far as picking the right man or woman as your mate; telling you how to raise your children; and even being too involved in your relationship or marriage.
On this episode of Hot Topics Talk Radio, we’re going to delve into those “controlling parents who won’t butt-out” of their adult children’s life.

Tonight we will speak on parents that was abusive to their children. Many people grew up with mental, verbal and physical abuse. Due to their childhood some of them suffer in their relationships, personal life or overall mental health. Mental and verbal abuse is something we don't speak on very much. Physical abuse is seen by everyone but no one sees the mental scars upon children. Some have acted out in violence, unhealthy sexual relationships, and the need to be accepted or fit in with others. One thing we want to bring is a platform for others to vent or get advice about their situation. I will also share things from my childhood as well.
