About the book: Sleeping Tigers
Jordan O'Malley has everything she ever wanted: a job she loves, a beautiful home, and a dependable boyfriend. When her life unravels after a breast cancer scare, Jordan decides to join her wildest childhood friend in San Francisco and track down her drifter brother, Cam, who harbors secrets of his own. When Cam suddenly flees the country, Jordan follows, determined to bring him home. Her journey takes her to the farthest reaches of majestic Nepal, where she encounters tests--and truths--about love and family that she never could have imagined. Funny, heartbreaking, and suspenseful, Sleeping Tigers reminds us all that sometimes it's better to follow your heart instead of a plan.
Born and raised in Australia, Katie’s early years of day dreaming in the “bush”, and having her father tell her wild bedtime stories, inspired her passion for writing.
After graduating High School, she became a foreign exchange student where she met a young man who several years later she married. Now she lives in Arizona with her husband, daughter and their dog.
About the book: Kiya: Riase of a New Dynasty
Tut has grown into his position as Pharaoh, but he is a wild young man. Naomi fears for him, not only because of his recklessness, but because he has put his trust in Ay–the man determined to destroy Naomi—despite her and Horemheb advising against it.
Meanwhile, death and slavery hang over Naomi and her family. With fear of the booming Hebrew numbers causing talk of enslaving them, conscription is reinstated and Naomi fears for the lives of her other children. Especially since Ay’s children are now adults, and just as dangerous as their father. They threaten to take Itani, conspire against Tut, and pushing for power.
But Tut is in trouble. While Ay’s daughter draws Horemheb’s attention, and Naomi deals with the struggles of her family, everyone’s distraction could spell death for the young Pharaoh.

Moodi Studios strives to makes the world a better place by helping people reawaken their inner-child. We reset the false ideology that growing up means leaving your imagination behind and that being child-like is an arch-nemesis you defeat with age.
About the book:
Joey [the Monster] thought it would all be easy. He would appear from under Sarah’s bed, sneak upon her slowly and scare the daylights out of her! But unfortunately, he was very wrong. Sarah not only stopped him from scaring her, she stopped him from scaring anyone ever again by telling Joey, “NO,” giving him clothes and taking him to her school to teach him MANNERS.
In their first picture book, Moodi Studios delivers an adorable tale about standing up for yourself and emerging with a friend.

I'd describe myself as a work in progress. Navigating through this adventure called life can be exhilarating and exhausting all at the same time. I'm a Chicago native and I think coffee and red wine are the best discoveries of all times.
I write stories because I love peeling back the layers of messy truths that come with living life -- betrayals, lies, deceit, love, generosity, kindness, loss, ridicule, sorrow. My characters are flawed and encounter challenges that either grow them or destroy them.
Isn't that just how life is sometimes?
