This show is about bringing health and wellness into your life, holistically, utilizing the principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda, which literally means the knowledge and wisdomof life, is the traditional healing system of India. Often called the mother of all healing, it originated in India over 5000 years ago. Ayurveda views health and disease as the end result of how we interact with our environment. Harmonious interactions lead to health while disharmonious interactions lead to disease. This show will discuss how we can bring balance into our mind, body and spirit, using the principles of Ayurveda, thus creating a harmonious healthy and well life.
