The Total Tutor will interview author J Dylan Yates author of he Belief in Angels is a riveting page turner, set in Boston and New York. It follows the two intersecting stories of Jules Finn and her grandfather, Samuel Trautman––two wounded souls, one struggling to survive her childhood with her sanity intact, the other haunted by memories from his past. Growing up in a volatile hippie family on a tiny island off the coast of Boston, Jules’s imaginative sense of humor is the weapon she wields as a defense against the chaos of her home life ––until her younger brother Moses dies. It's a blow from which Jules may never fully recover. Jules’s grandfather, Samuel, wants to help his grandchildren, but he’s wrapped up in a sad story of his own. Once called Szaja, Samuel is an orthodox Jew who lived through the murderous Ukranian pogroms of the 1920s, as well as the Majdanek Death Camp—but his survival came at an unspeakable price. Together, Jules and Samuel must decide whether to surrender to the grief that threatens to destroy them, or find the strength to swim for the surface.

Spiritual Law teaches that everything that appears in form was originated from the Formless. Every transformation is a change reflecting an idea or belief that has become a predominant thought or focus. Everything is constantly changing but that does not mean a transformation has occurred.

Join myself and co-host Lance Williams tonight for a special Friday night edition of The Standard is the Standard where we talk about anything and everything Pittsburgh Steelers related.
On the show tonight we will be discussing the Steelers chances of defeating the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday night and winning the AFC North, as well as the team's playoff hopes as they prepare for their first playoff appearance in 3 seasons.
Also, we will be tackling some burning questions such as: Is the Steelers winning the division as important as people think, or is it just another feather in the cap? Will the Steelers be able to run the ball effectively against the Bengals Sunday? Will the defense be able to withstand the offensive attack in the AFC Playoff picture?
We will answer these as well as take your phone calls. It has been a while since the Steelers made the playoffs, so we want to hear from you. Call the show (347) 850-8581 and be a part of the conversation! You can hear the show live on our BlogTalkRadio page, and can hear it in podcast form here at behindthesteelcurtain.co as well as download it for free on iTunes by searching 'The Standard is the Standard' in your iTunes store.
In this episode of The Red Light Sports Ramble, presented by The Red Light Sports Network, Evan Witalison and Troy Otradovec will discuss the Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions. The winner will claim the NFC North Division title, and host a playoff game. The Green Bay Packers could possibly clinch home field advantage, with some help. However, is the division title necessary?
The NFC North has been in existence, for 12 years. No division winner has won the Super Bowl, and only the 2006 Chicago Bears went, to the Super Bowl. Since winning the Super Bowl, in 1996, the Green Bay Packers have won eight division titles. The only time they went back to the Super Bowl, was the following year in 2007. Therefore, the last seven times they won the division, the have been eliminated; from the playoffs, before making the Super Bowl.
One of the Packers four losses, has been to the Detroit Lions. The defense played well, and a sluggish offense allowed more point, than they scored. A fumble return for a touchdown, and a safety accounted for nine of the Lions 19 points. The defense held Matthew Stafford, without a touchdown pass, and forced two interceptions. However, Aaron Rodgers was held to 162 yards passing, and was sacked two times. Listen in and call the show.
