Got ADHD? What is task automation and task management? Are they different or the same? What role do they play in building systems that work? How can a person with ADHD use this technology to their advantage? In this episode of Attention Talk Radio we interview ADHD professional and techno app junkie Eric Tivers (www.EricTivers.com or www.ADHDReWired.com) around these key concepts. If you have ADHD and are seduced by the lure of technology to help you get organized, you won’t want to miss this show.
Attention Talk Radio is the leading site for self-help Internet radio shows focusing on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attention deficit disorder (ADD), including managing symptoms of attention deficit disorder, adults with ADD, or adults who have children with ADHD. Attention Talk Radio, hosted by attention coach Jeff Copper, is designed to help adults and children (particularly those diagnosed with or impacted by attention deficit disorder or its symptoms) in life or business who are stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated. It will help adults and children get unstuck and moving forward by helping to open their minds and pay attention to what works.
Attention Talk Radio host Jeff Copper is an ADHD coach. To learn more about Jeff go to www.digcoaching.com.
Dennis Adsit, Ph.D. from KomBea, explains why healthcare organizations are missing the value of untapped profits associated with contact center operations despite leveraging self-service and labor arbitrage. Dr. Adsit walks through how agent-assisted automation technology can enable live agents to communicate with computer-like accuracy, security, and efficiency.
As entrepreneur's, we are all familiar with Ron Popeil's infomercial catch phrase, "Set it and Forget it," right? We are also equally familiar with "Push-Button" this and "Easy Button" that, right? So who wins between marketing automation or practicing a personal touch customer relation process? Who casts the final vote on this all-essential head-to-head battle between woman/man vs. robot relative to sustaining a connective love affair between company and consumer? To survive in business today, you have to be flexible and postured to adopt technology and processes that elicit efficiency. People and processes have to move quickly if you want to exceed the needs and demands of customers. That’s why across the business landscape we’re using marketing automation more than ever before. It’s the only way to keep up with expectations and demands; or is it? That is our focus on this edition of, “The Strategist Radio LIVE."
Learn how social media automation tools can help you, some of the most popular tools, as well as some of the pitfalls of using them.

Segment one of Heath's show asks the question:
Are you about to experience a big, fat "Google slap?"
Silicon Valley web designer and developer Karen Sielski says, "Yes.. unless your website is mobile friendly."
Many business owners could see the website rankings they've worked so hard to achieve tank overnight. Google has decided to penalize those sites it deems unfriendly to smart phones, tablets, and other mobile devices. This could have a devastating effect, especially on those who sell their wares online or who rely on search to drive customers to their businesses.
Karen will also discuss the importance of creating sites that are aesthetically pleasing AND track well in search, and how to have sites that look like they cost THOUSANDS, while only spending HUNDREDS.
What is the #1 Complaint of Business Customers?... Feeling as if businesses don't really care about them...
Part 2 of the show continues our theme of personalizing the digital age- automating without losing that human touch. Heath welcomes Carl Maerz, COO of the innovative referral automation company Rocket Referrals. Carl will talk about why database marketing is so critical to achieve success in your business, and how you can automate the process without losing your humanity.
Letting your clients know how different you are by showing your genuine concern is the first step in creating a referral process that really works.
How do you feel about community colleges offering 4 year degree programs?
Bakersfield College is the first community college in California to offer a bachelors degree, this offer begins on Jan 20, 2016. The degree is in industrial automation. The whole cost will be less than 10,000 compared to the average of 25,000 – 50,000 at a University.
I am personally glad to see that these selected community colleges are offering these programs. I believe this offers student degrees that will actually be used at an affordable price. I would advice students and older adults to apply for their FAFSA in order to be ready to take advantage of new degrees that may be offered in the future.

On today’s show we are going to delve into the often secretive world of online marketing. What is it that makes one blogger into an enormous success, while another equally talented writer never sees more than 100 views per day? Why do some startups turn into multi-million dollar companies and others fail within the first year? The difference is marketing. People frequently focus on SEO as the only thing they need to do to promote their business’ website. The reality is that SEO is just a vehicle, the real marketing happens on your end. I am excited to welcome Dr. Marc Kossmann and Chris M. Sprague to the show to talk about how to build your online presence.
What happens with a clinical psychologist who loves doing video interviews teams up with a public speaker who has a deep background in information technology? You get VideoConent.Agency! Dr. Marc Kossmann and Chris M. Sprague have developed a virtual recording studio platform that allows expert coaches and consultants to quickly and easily map out, create, and distribute video content across the web. This platform is used to produce and distribute online video talk-shows for their clients and their own Internet Talk Show called Experts Showcase where guests get a great piece of marketing material for their business – for free! When it comes to maintaining high levels of productivity and focus for these two creative guys (and their clients), automation and efficiency are the keys.
