Is there a step by step formula for rectifying the poverty and violence in urban America? Author Emmanuel Barbee thinks so. Is the real problem the lack of vision among leadership? Are we trying to do the same old things the same old ways and expecting different results? Are the actions of our leaders to address urban violence literally insane? Today we'll discuss his book "The Solution For Black America; Reclaiming, Rebuilding and Restoring the Urban Ghettos in America" and what elements are workable as a solution to employ among the urban population.
