Jeff Gonzales was raised in Phoenix's East Valley, writing songs for his first band The Dirt Bike Kids at 15. He then served as bassist/vocalist of Tempe's Loud Americans, with the late Marco Holt. In 2005, he joined psychedelic pop band Skybox, relocating with them to Chicago. During this time he began to write and perform as a solo artist, embracing more traditional folk and country music in his songwriting, and testing his songs out at the El train stops in the Windy City. Gonzales later returned to Arizona and recorded his solo debut, The Lights Just Went Out..., which he produced with Aaron Ott. The 6-song EP earned him high praise, including Songwriter of the Year honors from YabYum Music & Arts. A new record is currently in the works, with the single The Robin & Birch Tree to precede the new record, sometime in 2015.
D.G. Scherrer is a singer-songwriter and award-winning poet from Phoenix, AZ. He began writing and singing songs when he was twelve years old, as the front man for a junior high school punk band. Since then he has become something of a songwriter's songwriter, crafting dark, catchy, lyrically sophisticated tunes in the tradition of Leonard Cohen and Townes Van Zandt. Still, the bite and immediacy of punk remains apparent in his songs, as well as in the sheer volume of his voice when he roars a chorus. Scherrer draws heavily on older American music forms, particularly blues, gospel and country.

In this very special show, I'll be chatting with the leader singer of the KICKASS rock band Miss Crazy!!! Ronnie Borchert aka Markus Allen Christopher has become a friend of mine and now will be rockin on my show!!!
Miss Crazy's sound is a collection of the best rock bands of the 80's, part Def Leppard, part AC/DC, part Cinderella, part Ratt, all of what real rock fans loved about the music that ruled the airwaves over two decades ago.
A generation ago, historic rock artists like Alice Cooper, David Bowie, and KISS showed your parents that they were not living in the 50's or 60's anymore. These legacy bands incorporated stunning imagery and stage theatrics to elevate the standards of rock performance worldwide. Many 90's bands like Marylin Manson, Slipknot and AFI continued the tradition in spirit, while blazing their own sonic trails. Now, a generation later, Miss Crazy arrives on Earth to reignite the flame of hard rock while honoring the visual standards set by their forefathers. Expertly produced by Ronnie Borchert, Miss Crazy is bringing the sound of excitement back to jaded music fans around the world. Your parents might compare Miss Crazy to their old favorites like Def Leppard, AC/DC, Kix, or Cinderella. However, kids today won't have anything to compare Miss Crazy to! No other major band today sounds like Miss Crazy! We welcome you to the Miss Crazy family here on MySpace and hope you enjoy the free streams of music. Add us to get updates on all the M!SS Crazy happenings and special downloads of unreleased songs.
