REAL Conversations with Brian Aubrey Haase!

    in Motivation

I am BEYOND honored to introduce you to my good friend and a human BEing that has been a HUGE mirror for me!

    Brain Aubrey states:

I stand for a world of acceptance, love, forgiveness and transformation. A world where everyone gets that they matter, a world where everyone has rights no matter who or what they are, and a world where we all stand for peace.

I was born feeling different because I didn't know what gender I was.  I came to hate myself, and thought that something was wrong with me.  And because something was wrong with me, no one would love me.  I had my spiritual awakening about 15 years ago... and it all changed.  I realized that the only problem with me was the one I told myself that I had.  It's all in me.  So I started doing work to release that story, and studied with teachers, guru's and self study.  I studied shamanic healing, then energy work becoming a Reiki master, and then was guided to be a teacher, which I fought for years.  Finally, I asked God to show me a sign, and with that sign, I would live my purpose.  Whatever it was.  It was a teacher.  AND, I got to deal with my gender, so I could be authentically myself.  How could I truly shift the world, if I wasn't 100% who I was?  So I transitioned to become hormonally female.  I continued my personal development, and became a transformational trainer full time.

I promise you, you don't want to miss this show!!!

    Author Aubrey Clemons

He's, a self inspired social activist inspired to stand against generational poverty due to his daily observations of the underpinning psychological change in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Aubrey was raised in the Sheppard Square housing projects, which birthed inspiration for such champions as Muhammad Ali. Aubrey’s admiration for the lost craft of boxing, as well as the enriched history of Smoketown based around boxing, he began a boxing program called “Hancock Home of the Hands” to empower the community by health awareness, social justice, and restoration of community pride. During the preparation of the boxing camp a dear friend, (Shaunta Kenerly), reached out to Aubrey via Facebook due to the consistent thrust of positive quotes, comments, and poems. Shaunta Kenerly suggested that Aubrey use his force on a vaster plateau; by offering him a contract on “Shaunta Kenerly/AMB Publishing”, six months after the conversation “The Proverbs & Somber Memoirs of Aubrey” was published. The book added the word “author” amongst many other titles he has taken liability for.

She breaks genre barriers by combining jazz vocals with R&B, neo-soul, pop and a touch of rock.  Winner of the 2009 Audience’s Choice and Jury’s First Place Awards at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland she rocks audiences in two continents.  A native of Seattle, Washington, Aubrey remains close to her Pacific Northwestern roots although she currently lives and records in Los Angele and will join us Friday.

We talk to Alex Nester,  fresh off of her concert Thursday night in Santa Monica's storied The Basement on Main. Nester brings back the art of music-making in original songs chronicling her trials and letdowns with the state of music business today and her bout with cancer as a teenager. A life of trial and triumph has shaped her unique sound filled with messages of love, faith, positivity, and healing while channeling the retro soul artists of the 60’s and 70’s. Her resume includes 12 albums, countless jingles, and over 25 theatrical productions, as well as working with established musicians such as Carlos Santana, Stevie Wonder, The Four Tops, The Fifth Dimension, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. in Current Events

Our opening topic for the show will be, "Does law enforcement have the right to wake up drivers while they are on their federally mandated 10 hour break?

Kenny Capell will be checking in with us to share his experience. Kenny was arrested last year for Obstruction of Justice while on his mandatory 10 hour break, and after nearly one year, the case was just dismissed as of Feb. 6th, 2015.
