    Eating Kimchi and Nodding Politely

    in Travel

From 2009 to 2012 I lived in South Korea as an English teacher. From there, I hoped around Asia a bit and visited Japan and the Philippines. I wrote a book about my time abroad titled, "Eating Kimchi and Nodding Politely." I'd love to talk about my time in Asia or even my recent trip to Colombia.

    WCP: "Alasdair Macleod-Gold Rising"

    in Education

Alasdair Macleod, who is an expert in precious metals, says, “The fundamental reason gold (prices) is getting better is the dollar is getting weaker. The strength of the dollar in 2015 was all about falling commodity prices. Commodity producers all owe dollars. The result was when their incomes dropped, they had to cover the dollars that weren’t going to get rolled over. The bank was not going to roll over dollars for Brazil or Glencore. That period is over, and the reason it is over is China now has its 13th five year plan, which is aimed at developing the rest of Asia. . . . It wants to give it an industrial revolution. You have a turn that has actually occurred in commodities, and if commodity prices are rising, then by definition, the purchasing power of the dollar is falling. The price of commodities over a long period of time tends to drop. The price of commodities measured in dollars tends to rise over a long period of time and quite spectacularly. . . . You can see this relationship between the dollar and gold priced in commodities is the thing to watch. . . . The natural drift for the dollar is down. There is a reason for foreigners to sell the U.S. dollar, and this is the key thing. . . . I see gold going better . . . because the dollar is going down.”

Shirley Ann & Asia goes deeper~ Good Girls, Bad Choices, Yet God Restores

    in Christianity

Shirley Ann and Asia Prioleau exposes how the jail system impacts not only the individual who is incarcenrated but it the burden it brings on all concerned. Even though choices are sometimes made that are bad, God does have a provision where He works all things out for the good of those who  love Him that are called according to His purpose as mentioned in Romans 8:28. These two woman share how looking in the wrong places also leads to bad decisions. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus comes to bring life and life more abundantly (John 10:10).

    D'Program Radio-SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE-Mary Sanders, Palmistry & Tarot Reader

    in Spirituality

Our mission is to activate your Intuition and Awareness of Consciousness ~ in2perceptions ~

    BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

We welcome our gifted and talented friend to D’PROGRAM radio; Palmistry & Tarot Reader - Mary Sanders, Certified TCBA

Palm reading. This practice is seen as strange by some and downright silly by most. However, what many people do not understand is that it has a long history and what is considered in the media is a misrepresentation of what palm reading truly is.

Palm reading or palmistry can be traced back as an ancient art from several thousand years ago. The practice spread over Asia and Europe, which is how Aristotle learned about it. He passed the knowledge to Alexander the Great who used it to judge the character of his military officers. Maybe that is why he did so well?

I believe we all possess natural psychic abilities and that our bodies house our soul, our purely spiritual self. Sometimes the responsibility of everyday life prevents us from connecting to and nurturing this part of ourselves.  ~ Mary Sanders ~

South Florida Attorney James "Randy" Ackley- Foreclosure is a Humanitarian Issue

    in Finance

Over the past 25 years Randy has devoted his life to disaster relief and humanitarian aid having been employed at the American Red Cross and in charge of Presbyterian Global Disaster Assistance.   Randy has been on the ground when Hurricanes like Andrew and Katrina struck, responded to tornados and floods, faced armed conflict in Kosovo, economic collapse in Bulgaria, the Indian Ocean tsunami in South Asia and earthquakes in Haiti and Japan- all while keeping his membership active in the Florida BAR.

When Randy says he can help save your home- he means just that.  Randy has helped save homes that are in the paths of Tsunamis, volcanos, hurricanes and wars- and even in more mundane venues- but equally dangerous areas- like court rooms.

Randy has stated that home losses are the consequence of bad actions by banks that caused families to lose their homes.  Randy Ackley believes that if the laws on the books are enforced, families can fight back and avoid losing their homes altogether. While many people may still perceive foreclosure as similar to that of our grandparents’ day, Randy points out that many people now realize that contemporary foreclosure is often the result of failings, or outright fraudulent behavior, of the lenders and the industry, and that these are very different circumstances from the foreclosures of the past.

If you are in Florida and are looking for help with your foreclosure, especially your foreclosure trial, call James "Randy" Ackley at  561-594-5671 for a FREE CONSULTATION.
