    Music as a writing tool.

    in Writing

About a decade ago I read a book with interviews with comic writers all giving tips on writing. One tip has stuck with me over the years.

Devin Grayson best known for her runs on Catwoman, Black Widow and Titans had an idea about catering the music she listened to while working to the individual project and sometimes even the individual  character. This can have great benefits both actively during work as well as when you're just in a "writing" state of mind.

In part two, Johanna will discuss how Past-Life Regression can be of great benefit to those seeking answers in their current lives, and gaining a better understanding of their life path plus more.

These topics are a part of Johanna's "Soulful-Living" series which has made a huge impact in her work for many years.  No calls will be taken during this session, but we sincerely encourage you to listen by phone if you can't get to your PC.

Live: Virus, Vaccines and the importance of Anti-viral Aromatherapy Oils.

    in Music

Topic :  - Virus, Vaccines and the importance of Anti-viral Aromatherapy Oils.

Most essential oils have some antiviral properties, but some are much better at combatting and treating viruses than others! Try to start using oils as soon as your symptoms start....it's easier to fend off viruses if they are caught early. In fact, using them as prevention is probably the best course of action! For example, some essential oils are beneficial for improving and boosting your immune system......but certain ones work better against specific viruses. Just to get you started here are some great, easy to get hold of antiviral essential oils such as: bergamot, cinnamon bark, clary sage, clove, dill, anise, eucalyptus, geranium, juniper, lavender, lemongrass, Melissa, neroli, rose, rosemary, tea tree and thyme.

More about the Antiviral Essential Oils:Viruses give rise to pro-teiform pathologies, some of which medical science can do nothing to cure. Classic responses to these infections are very limited, so essential oils are a godsend in treating viral problems, from the most common to the most fearsome. The molecules from many chemical families have shown an in-vitro antiviral activity, among them monoterpenols and monoterpenals. The cineole – monoterpenol synergy is used to treat viral pathologies of the respiratory tract (widely seen in temperate climes). This synergy can be found in many essential oils that come from trees of the Myrteceae family; these have been known forever for their interest in the treatment of pulmonary diseases. Another couple, linalool oxide – linalool (Hissopus off. var. decumbens) is also interesting for viral pathologies of the lower respiratory tract. Ketones, and especially rare cryptone, have shown an interesting capacity to fight naked viruses.

    in Business

Join us today on Women Leading the Way Radio as Michelle Bergquist, your host of Women Who Lead, interviews Deirdre Maloney, President of Momentum LLC.

The reason that work/life balance seems impossible to achieve is because...it is. The notion of having it all if we just organize our lives and set some limits does nothing but set us up for failure, stress and guilt. This is especially true for us women, who juggle an ever-increasing number of activities and relationships. The good news is that finding real balance - and the happiness that comes with it - is absolutely possible. We'll tell you how to get it.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Connected Women of Influence, Michelle Bergquist is a passionate advocate for women in business. At Connected Women of Influence, we believe that more women need to lead in business and everything we do is center-focused on designing platforms, programs, connections and collaborative opportunities for b2b women to prosper, succeed and lead the way in business today!
