Chris Carley - MLM and Network Marketing Business Best Selling Author....

You can learn more about Chris Carley on her website www.chris-carley.com and you can hear more on The Building Fortunes Radio show  www.buildingfortunesradio.com/chris-carley-radio.
To hear all the Building Fortunes past radio shows go to: http:www.buildingfortunesradio.com.

Chris Carley has written an inspirational story about her experiences in her Network Marketing Business. You will enjoy reading through "The Millionaire Within Us." You can find it on www.chris-carley.com

Chris Carley failed in MLM a few of times before she started seeing the results of her hard work really pay off.

What made it tougher was that for a long time many people did not believe in her ability to make it work. Some people told her she was working for a pyramid, some said it was a scam. She knew what she was doing was right. And with the help of mentors like Donald Trump, Jim Rohn, and Mark Hughes (founder of Herbalife), Chris worked through her own negative thoughts and low self-esteem.

"The Millionaire Within Us" is her story of how she did it and can serve as a motivational blue print for others to follow.

Business Storytelling - The Power of Vulernability

Often times, business storytelling fails to create emotional resonance that sticks. And in many cases, these stories fail because they lack vulnerability.  Yet, vulnerability is key to not only great storytelling; it's key to differentiation.

Join me July 30th at 3:30PM PDT for a podcast on the power of vulnerability to create better and more differentiated stories.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

    Wanda's Picks Radio Show

    in Art

This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

Our first guest is Linda Livingston, persussionist and drummer who is featured at AfroSolo in the Gardens Concert tomorrow at Yerba Gardens, 3rd and Mission in San Francisco, 1-3 p.m. It is a free concert (afrosolo.org). She is also performing in the Emperor Jones production at the Cyclone Warehouse in San Francisco (415-420-8000).

We close with a rebroadcast of an interview with Ben Vereen.

Music: Ben Vereen's I've Got A Lot of Living to Do; Wolf Hawk Jaguar's Esu Exit; Boukman Eksperyans Gran Bwaile (A Vodou Spirit).
