Dr. Arlene Introduces WIN Without Competing! Branding Seminar Series for Women

    in Jobs

On the WIN Without Competing! show Dr. Arlene speaks directly to women.  She says, "Eliminate the competitive mindset which forces you to focus on others: an unnecessary distraction from you.  Instead, focus ONLY on yourself to WIN Without Competing! in the First Branding Seminar Series for Women!"

Author, Erica Jong observed, we make our own prisons.  Based on barro global’s research, Dr. Arlene is convinced that we build these prisons chiefly out of erroneous assumptions. Women make a wide array of erroneous assumptions which negatively impacts on their ability to achieve unlimited success. The barriers that women create stunt their professional growth.

After participating in the seminars, women will be ready to change their behavior which includes deleting erroneous assumptions, adopting the WIN Without Competing! mindset, and seizing unexpected opportunities, their success will soar.

Dr. Arlene discusses the Three Seminars in the Series which are, (I) Your Core Identity: Know Thyself Now, (2) Corporate Entrepreneurship: Carving Out Your Own Domain, and (3) Solo Entrepreneurship: Appointing Yourself the CEO.  Dr. Arlene recommends that everyone take Seminar 1 and then select Seminar 2 or 3 to match Your Core Identity.

The Seminar Series will be launched in January 2015.  Questions?  Call Dr. Arlene at (310) 443-4277.  Email Dr. Arlene at drbarro@winwithoutcompeting.com.

AUTHOR OF MOMMA'S CHRISTMAS COOKBOOK ARLENE FRANCO

    in Entertainment

Arlene Iaquinto was born in the Bronx, New York, to a middle class Italian family. She developed her love for cooking from her mother-in-law, Lucia Franco. While observing Lucia’s passion for preparing special dishes for her family during the Christmas holiday, Arlene developed the same passion for meal preparation not only during the holidays but whenever family would gather for meals. This strong sense of family and love of cooking prompted her to write down the recipes handed down to her by Lucia. Arlene shares the traditions of an Italian family and hopes to pass those traditions and her love of cooking that Lucia inspired to others through this book.

Leaders: Hire Right Fit Employees to Explode Business Brand

    in Jobs

On the WIN Without Competing! show Dr. Arlene says, “When hiring, stop focusing on the Cultural Fit.  Instead evaluate the Brand Fit.”  If new hires are Cultural Fits but not Brand Fits, they are Wrong Fit employees.  To explode your business brand, train each employee to become a Brand Ambassador.

To do that, you must evaluate whether the employee has the right interpersonal skills to communicate the brand and the passion to do so.  Determine this when hiring.

Do not assume that all employees can and will want to become Brand Ambassadors.

Join Dr. Arlene on her 95th episode of the WIN Without Competing! show to learn how to “WIN Without Competing!”
