THIS WEEK’S MESSAGE:
“What is my life destiny?” This is a question asked by many people as they ponder the reasons for unexpected changes in their life and even for their existence. Our destiny is generally limited to the undeniable and factual circumstances surrounding our birth. These circumstances include the continent or country we were born, the time and place of our birth, our birth parents, our gender and so on. It also covers some of the more solid but still unpredictable elements of our being, such as religion, class, education, life style and personal drive. Once these factors are set, what can be done to change them? What role does your faith, your fortitude and even your luck play in finding or changing your destiny?

Word of Faith with Evangelist Dorothy Tenner
Phoenix, AZ 85066
Hello and GOD bless you. Her name is Evangelist Dorothy Tenner. She was born in the south but raised in Portland, Oregon in a loving family with her mother, sisters, brothers, and other relatives and friends.
One day, in the year of our Lord 1994, she had an “Abraham experience". That is when GOD spoke to her and instructed her to move to Phoenix, Arizona.
GOD is true and faithful to HIS word. HE has kept HIS word towards Evangelist Dorothy and blesses her tremendously. HE has given her to speak to and with people in various cities. She speaks a word in season to him that is weary.
In addition to that gift, HE has entrusted her with the gift of healing and other gifts.
God has called her to “teach” HIS word to diverse people-HIS children, the unsaved, hurting people, all people because we are all HIS people.
"So shall MY word be that goeth forth out of MY mouth" Isaiah 55:10-11
It doesn't matter what people have to say about it...
What does GOD say about it?..
Getting an injuction to stop a non-judicial foreclosure sale in Californai is never an easy task. But if you have good grounds and proper technique it can be done. Listen it to the valuable real estate radio podcast where Attorney Steve Vondran discusses the general process and some grounds that could get you the injuction.
Common grounds to get an injunction to stop foreclosure in California:
1. Truth in Lending ("TILA") loan recission cases;
2. Failure to follow statutory requriements (ex. a failure to substitute the trustee or record a notice of default or notice of trustee sale);
3. Foreclosing when a client has a signed written loan modification agreement;
4. Foreclosing when a homeowner is trying to reinstate their mortgage (violation of California Civil Code section 2924);
5. Violation of the California Homeowners Bill of RIghts ("CHBOR") for example foreclosing with:
(a) robosigned foreclosure documents (such as assignment of deed of trust, notice of default or 2923.5 declarations)
(b) evidence of "dual tracking" (ex. foreclosing while considering a property owner for a loan modification after a "completed" loan modification application has been submitted
(c) failing to respond to a CHBOR request to provide "evidence of indebtedness"
6. Foreclosing while promising to extend or postpone the foreclosure sale
This is just a sample list of things that can be explored in every foreclosure case. Attorney Steve Vondran is a California Foreclosure Defense Lawyer licensed to practice law in Californai and Arizona. He helps clients get injunctions to stop loan servicing abuses.
