The Comfort Zone Presents Arika Kane Debuts Throw It All Away' & ' It's There

    in Entertainment

The secret to Arika Kane’s success lies in her individuality, passion and uniqueness. She sings what she feels from her heart and soul and it stands strong in the integrity of her music. “Substance” is how she describes it.

“To me, substance means removing unnecessary distractions from everyday life and honing in on what’s truly important and meaningful,” Arika says. “My music focuses on women in a positive light. It speaks to every age and culture because it relates to real human emotions, whether it be life, love or struggle,” she continues. “I want to connect with people with heartfelt and timeless songs they can relate to.”

“Bcuz Ur Lonely,” the lead single demonstrates Arika’s ability to turn life’s experiences into strong inspirational songs. Written by Arika, Louis Humphrey and Jasmon Joyner, the song goes straight to the core of relationships, asking are you just with me because you’re lonely? “This is my favorite song on the album because it speaks about a woman’s intuition,” Arika chuckles. Another single, “Waiting,” is a classic soul ballad about waiting for lost love to return. It easily picks up where her 2010 hit “Here With Me” left off.

Arika Kane, a Connecticut native, sailed into the music industry in 2009 with her debut single “Bcuz I Luv U,” garnering mainstream attention and a multitude of fans. Releasing her self-titled debut album in 2010, Arika quickly landed on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart with the breakthrough, platinum-selling single “Here with Me.” The song’s popularity earned it a placement on VH1′s “Love & Hip Hop” and a stronger fan base. Another popular tune “4 the Lovers” landed at #7 on Billboard Single Sales chart.

    Spencer Kane Fancalls

    in Entertainment

Spencer Kane is a teen artist and actor born on October 26, 1996. At barely 5 years old he recorded his first music video as a lip sync to the song "Written on My Heart" by the Christian band Plus One. Raised in a Christian home as a son of a Pastor, Spencer has been around musical influence in and out of the church world. Singing in church and later on writing and recording his own songs at a home studio, he partnered with his dad in competing at a county idol contest in 2010. His second place finish in the 16 and under group helped him gain the confidence to pursue music in a more formal way. In the spring of 2011 he recorded his first original single, "Best Friends", at Sweetwater Studios in Fort Wayne. He has continued recording and releasing original music ever since.
