As we said last week the itunes sales are massively important. At the end of the day no matter how much hype you have, you have to sale some music to be legitimate. What seems to be an easy task really is not that easy at all. That’s why some middlemen in the music industry try to minimize the sales aspect of the business.
Tonight we go over how to better create a buying environment for your music and why it’s so important to sell. Join me and Talib at 11PM tonight at (347) 826-7743 on blogtalkradio.com
This past Friday Talib Kweli discussed his support for the Black Lives Matter Activists who interrupted Senator Sanders' speech in Seattle this past week. As has been reported this was the second time those activists have interrupted a Democratic Candidate's appearance within the last month. In recent days, these activists have shown up at a Jeb Bush appearance as well. Their actions, while criticized heavily but Sanders' supporters particularly, have prompted candidates to adopt a racial justice platform. This is significant as noted in Dan Johnson's recent article since they are changing the platforms of major party candidates who are running for President of the United States. A significant achievement. Instead of criticizing them we should be embracing people who are persistent in making their voices heard by any candidates. The world we live in has big money running the show so to see this type of reaction to activism is indeed beautiful. Also of note is the rift that has created between various parts of activism relevant to "All Lives Matter" and "Black Lives Matter" that needs to be corrected so we can all make sure that racial, civil and social justice are obtained in our society. Longtime Activist, Journalist, Coffee Party USA Board of Director & Radio Host, Bobby Rodrigo brings you "I Take LIBERTY With My Coffee". On Coffee Party USA Radio every Sunday Morning at 8:30 AM. Advocating engagement Bobby points out the Constitution is the Rule of Law and why it should remain so. Money in Politics, the Political Party Machine, & partisan blind allegiance is on full display as he advocates against the erosion of Constitutional Protections in the name of corruption & tyranny. "If we focused on following the Constitution we would solve many of the ills of our society."

As we all have had the moment this week to experience is the Drake/Meek Mill beef battle. Do you think beefs help or are they a distraction to sales? HipHop is a very competitive arena and sometime beef helps and sometime they can b a distraction.
Also tonight I spotlight on Future “WHERE YOU AT”, @iheartmemphis “HIT THE QUAN” and SB Da G’s “LEADING LADY” ( 3 great new cuts). Join Talib and myself as we check out these new cuts and discuss BEEFs , Do they help or hurt.
