In April of 1944, General Dwight D. Eisenhower's Psychological Warfare Division began transmitting multilingual radio programs from the American Broadcast Station in Europe (ABSIE). Between October 30 and November 20 of that year, Major Glenn Miller and the American Band of the Allied Expeditionary Forces occupied what are now known as the Abbey Road Studios in Westminster at the heart of London's West End, and recorded enough material for six complete programs specifically aimed at German-speaking audiences. This is the Glenn Miller Orchestra at their very finest, recorded under optimum conditions (the sound quality is superb) and performing a perfectly balanced blend of swinging dance tunes and lush mood music, sometimes sweetened by a string section. What makes this portion of the Miller legacy so unique is the German announcer Ilse Weinberger, Miller's own diligent attempts to convey greetings (and propaganda) in German, and vocals by Irene Manning and crooner Johnny Desmond, smoothly enunciated in German as well.
Eisenhower, in his personal letters, did not merely hate the Nazi Regime, and the few who imposed its will down from the top, but that HE HATED THE GERMAN PEOPLE AS A RACE. It was his personal intent to destroy as many of them as he could, and one way was to wipe out as many prisoners of war as possible. Of course, that was illegal under International law, so he issued an order on March 10, 1945 and verified by his initials on a cable of that date, that German Prisoners of War be predesignated as "Disarmed Enemy Forces" called in these reports as DEF. He ordered that these Germans did not fall under the Geneva Rules, and were not to be fed or given any water or medical attention. The Swiss Red Cross was not to inspect the camps, for under the DEF classification, they had no such authority or jurisdiction
The prisoners received on the first day a small portion of food, but on the second and subsequent days it was cut in half. To get it, they were forced to run through the formation of soldiers. Hunched over, they ran between the rows of American guards who beat them with sticks as they approach to food. April 27 they were transferred to the American camp Heidesheim, where for several days there was no food at all, and then only slightly.
Under the open sky, starved, tortured by thirst, people began to die. Liebig counted daily from 10 to 30 bodies that were dragged out of his section "B", which contained about 5,200 people. He saw the prisoner scored another to death because of a small piece of bread.

V. Frank Asaro, JD is a lawyer, musician/ composer, inventor and theorist who authored the non-fiction book, Universal Co-opetition, published (Oct.2011), The Tortoise Shell Code, novel (2012) and now, A Primal Wisdom (April, 2014), the non-fiction corollary to his novel and a 2d, expanded edition to Universal Co-opetition. He began developing the theory of co-opetition not long after he was selected out of law school as lawyer-clerk to the California Courts of Appeal.
He went on to receive the highest-category law career peer review, Preeminent, Martindale Hubbell rating, and appeared in Who’s Who in American Law, and Who’s Who in the World. Engaged in litigation most of his career, he honed skills proving or disproving facts and stories – a handy talent for a novelist and a theorist. Moreover, as a patent holder, he shows a creative knack. This he calls upon in weaving the most exciting tale of The Tortoise Shell Code, a fiction work in Admiralty – one of his fields, and in nailing the theories of this non-fiction corollary, A Primal Wisdom. In those early days when he was an Appellate court law clerk, his creativity became a major component in developing the theory of the products liability holding of Greenman v Yuba Power Products - further expanded by the California Supreme court. A major part of the Greenman opinion is now the law in the English speaking and European Union countries of the world. To offer additional examples of co-opetition, or to contact in general: email@example.com.
