Clint Howard, actor, has a career spanning over fifty years, and over two hundred film and TV shows. He has spent his entire life entertaining us in a variety of interesting and unique roles. From childhood roles in The Andy Griffith Show and Star Trek to of course, the hit TV Show Gentle Ben, Clint was a well recognized personality by the time he was ten.Making the transition from juvenile to adult actor was no problem for Clint. Cult classic Rock N Roll High School and horror genre Evilspeak showed as an adult he could be versatile and affective. Whether Clint works in comedy classics like Waterboy, the Austin Powers film series or a hilarious episode of Seinfeld, he comfortably slides into dramatic roles such as Apollo 13, Frost/Nixon and Alabama Moon. Recently, Clint can be seen in the campy, B Horror title, Bloodrayne Third Reich and Rob Zombie's Lords of Salem. He's also put on the producing hat, teaming with long time colleague Gavin Grazer on an indie comedy. Born and raised in Burbank, California, Clint has always balanced his professional career with a 'hometown' oriented life. He continues to live with his wife Melanie in Burbank and stay active in the community. May 8: Mother's Day. How can we honor our Mother? Who is our Mother? Own blood, person who raised us,
Being respectful, loving her, helping her when and even before she asks for help, appreciate all the sacrifices she made for us,
Look back at when you were a child - what did your mother do for you?
Look back now at what you are doing for your child(ren). Do you see a resemblance?
Do you want to be loved, cherrieshed, respected for what you do?
So, on this Mother's Day, May 8, 2016, I encourage you to love your Mother, who ever and wherever she is. There are plenty of wonderful gestures we can do: send a card, make a phone call saying "I love you", taking her out to lunch, or just spending some special quality time with her. I am sure you can think of many more things you can do to maybe even rekindle some of the fun times you had. The presents we give do not have to be expensive at all. What my Dad always said: "I love something that you made, whatever it is"! Just spending the time together was so much fun. (Poem)
For this Sunday, I encourage each one of you/us to reach out to someone who is/was special to us. As AT&T used to say: Reach out and touch someone!

Follow me on my journey: meeting, yesterday at 11 AM; on time, doors closed, checked invite, 11:30 AM. Now what? First, I felt frustrated, waisted 30 min, two deep breaths, sat on the bench, used time wisely.
What would you do in this situation?
How would you react?
How would it affect you Emotionally, Spiritually, Physically and Mentally?
Just thinking about it, do you feel a shift in your body and your mind?
Now what are your options:
frett over it, get angry, frustrated, walk away, wait patiently and use the time efficiently, get some work done, take notes..
This is how this BTR came about, as this exact episode happened to me yesterday. I was at the destination on time only to find out that the Restaurant did not open for another 30 min.
Used time efficiently, writing my BTR and lovely conversation with guests. I felt that big shift within me from frustration to peace, serenity.
We can quite often change the outcome just by accepting it, taking a deep breath, and thinking positive, doing sth that soothes us and we feel good about getting it done. It's like getting twice as much accomplished than first intended. What a great feeling.

Most of us know someone that has a chemical or behavioral addiction. If that person is someone that you care deeply about, your life has been significantly impacted. King David said of Christ, He restores my soul (Psalm 23:3). How? By leading him in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Join me as I launch my first broadcast, titled He restores my soul. Now that my life is under new management (Jesus Christ) the restoration process is well underway. Yours can be too. Through prayer, bible study, and chosing to walk by faith, God will restore your joy, peace, and security. I look forward to seeing you on the show.
This week Mark starts a series of chats with Yoga professionals starting with a chat with Spain based Shivananda Yoga Teacher Juilette Noske
Juliette is also the co creator of the International Yoga Day on the Costa Blanca Spain this coming June.
Join Mark and Juliette as they discuss this most ancient of personal development systems, still around after 15 millenia simply because it works.
Juliette first sampled yoga in 1996 in England. She was then seduced by this ancient practice many years later in Thailand and India. Though it wasn’t until 2005 that her dedicated relationship with yoga really began. She returned to the UK, after five years of working and travelling abroad. Greeted by the miserable weather and sad looking faces in London. Whilst on the tube an advert for HOT yoga grabbed her attention and seemed the perfect thing to brighten up her existence and keep her physically fit.
During these three years of intense hot yoga, practicing every day, she began to see changes in my physical body. Having been told she needed to have an operation on her knees in her twenties, she surprised myself by running three marathons in succession. Bikram yoga supported not only her physical training, but also the mental training that is necessary for completing a marathon.
Over the years Juliette studied various types of Yoga and it transformed her life and assisting her to stay young and fresh in both body and mind. For her teacher training she chose to study with Shivananda Yoga Vedanta and she had the privilege of successfully completing her training in the Himalayan Mountains of India, where the roots of yoga were born.
