Tune in and hear the truth in the trenches! Shane Krauser, the host of Liberty Storm, takes on the issues of the day and provides solutions. Shane talked about the following issues:
1. Is our Constitution living and breathing? If so, what are the implications and why should you care?
2. The U.S. Supreme Court may very well hear the case involving same-sex marraige after all. Is that their job?
3. We are celebrating big victories in America as a result of the last election. Is the celebration premature?

Tonght's Show: Common Law Grand Jury
Special Guests: Terry Trussell - Political Prisoner in Florida Dixie County corruption. Terry was Jailed without cause.
Power of the Grand Jury - In a stunning 6 to 3 decision Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government "governed" and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights.

No, our show is not on the first Monday in October (which is past anyway). The title of this episode refers to the traditional start of the Supreme Court season.
Tuesday night we will be talking about the Supreme Court and its decisions (and non-decisions) and their impact on our lives. For example, the court's decision not to listen to arguments on marriage equality has already sent ripple effects across the nation. A stealth decision early Saturday morning on the Texas voter ID law can have a chilling effect on voting rights in any and all states seeking to suppress citizens right to vote.
What do YOU think are the most important Supreme Court decisions?
Who is your favorite Justice? Do you even have a favorite Justice?
What effects will the upcoming mid-term elections and the 2016 presidential election have on the make-up of the Supreme Court?
Join us Tuesday for what should be an enjoyable and enlightening conversation about the Supreme Court.
CALL 347-850-8445 to join the conversation.
Dr. Chaps reports on these important issues:
* A Federal judge rules that the Ten Commandments can be displayed in the state capitol.
* The State of California is forcing a Catholic university to pay for elective abortions.
* Justice Scalia of the Supreme Court defends religious freedom.

With the landmark healthcare reform legislation of 2009 came the contaceptive mandate. Ever since, religious groups and business owners have protested against the mandate, with the claim that it violates their religious liberty. In this episode we will take a look at the question of whether corporations are people, whether religious or government law ranks higher, why the religious object to contraception, and much more. Along the way we will be taking any calls you have, to find out what you're thinking.
So this past week, the Hobby Lobby case brought shame and horror to every woman in America, thanks to 5 Catholic men on the SCOTUS. I've decieded to rant on this disgusting topic of religious bigotry.
Call in and add to the awesomeness!!

Every American needs to understand that the entire national press is controlled, and is simply giving you the "news" you are supposed to have. Very soon, all alternative sources of news, including this website, will be shut down. That time draws ever closer. "In order to put public opinion into our hands we must bring it into a state of bewilderment by giving expression from all sides to so many contradictory opinions and for such length of time as will suffice to make the [average person] lose their heads in the labyrinth and come to see that the best thing is to have no opinion of any kind, in matters political." [Protocol #5]
This week, Peter Baker talks about Hillary Rodham Clinton’s “Hard Choices”; John Williams discusses the week’s literary news; Jeff Shesol talks about “Uncertain Justice” and “Scalia: A Court of One”; and Gregory Cowles has best-seller news. Pamela Paul is the host.
