Sangie Davis, real name Anthony Horace Davis, is a reggae songwriter and producer whose masterpieces include Bob Marley's "Wake Up and Live" and Sophia George's "Girlie Girlie." His involvement with Marley apparently also led to a handful of original songs that were never recorded as well as an A&R position for Davis at the Tuff Gong label. The aforementioned Marley song title came from an advertising sign on a building in Jamaica. "Girlie Girlie," an enormous hit for George, was extracted fresh from one of his own mother's critical comments. Apparently after seeing him hanging around with a pack of schoolgirls, Mrs. Davis asked "How you so girlie girlie?" Davis claims to have finished his song a brisk ten minutes later. In addition to songwriting and production, this artist has contributed both guitar stroking and background vocal touches to various reggae sides since the early '80s. New Arizona ant-deficiency case podcast by Attorney Steve Vondran Arizona real estate attorney Steve Vondran discusses the Arizona appellate court case of M&I Bank v. Mueller which took issue with Arizona's ant-deficiency law (A.R.S. 33-814).
In particular, the case dealt with an Arizona construction loan wherein the owner of the land started to build and construct their property which the court found was intended to be used as a single family dwelling.
Under A.R.S. 33-84 there can be no deficiency judgement where the property is 2.5 acres or less and iis utilized as a signle family or two family dwelling.
The bank sought to recoup their alleged losses following the Arizona non-judicial foreclosure sale. This court, on appeal, ruled that the borrower was protected by the Arizona anti-deficiency statute and thus, the bank could not recover its alleged losses.
As a footnote to the case pointed out, the lender should assuming the risk of falling real estate prices.
If you are facing foreclosure in Arizona, this general legal overview of the Arizona anti-deficieny statute may help you avoid liability, including a "shake-down" letter from the bank!

IDF do this quite often. It is strange that they don't think Palestinians are good enough to be among them but they do use and sell their livers, kidneys, and hearts in transplants into themselves.

Former Florida Governor Charlie Crist is expected to announce Monday that he wants his old job back.
“I work for you, the people, always have, always will,” said Charlie Crist in a recent commercial.
Monday morning,at 10am in St. Petersburg Crist is expected to make it official. But unlike before when he was a Republican, this time Crist will run on the Democratic ticket.
The former, next Governor Charlie Crist will declare his intentions Monday morning in downtown Straub Park. That's near where he announced in 2010 that he was leaving the GOP to run for U.S. Senate as an independent.
"When you allowed me to be a governor, I worked to be the people's governor every day. You the people were in charge," Crist says, with a beach in the background. "I'm an optimist, but let's face it, the past few years have been tough: government on the fringes, donors and politics above you, the people. You've seen the attacks — against full-time working people and their health care, against women and their doctors, against teachers, public schools and college affordability. And even against the simple act of casting your vote. It's not working. Only you the people can end this nonsense and get us back to common sense. That's the way forward. Tell me how I can help. Share your comments with me here. I'll read every last one. I work for you, the people. Always have and always will."
