Her debut album Do You Wanna Ride?, featuring the Platinum selling hit single, "Freak Like Me," was released in 1995 shecollaborated with Jamie Foxx on the Platinum selling slow jam..
By 2004, Howard released her third album The Second Coming on Rufftown Records featuring the single “Nasty Grind.”
Her fourth album, Private Show was released in 2007 by Arsenal Records along with a promotional single "Picture This." The album managed to reach #17 on the iTunes R&B music chart. Following the album's release, a remixes EP for "My Hips" (appears as "Hips" on her album) was released on iTunes & other digital services in December.
In 2008, she appeared in the short film Poke the Sleeping Bear which won the Grand Jury Award at the 2008 Solstice Film Festival.
September 2009 UK compilation Independent Soul Divas 2 was released on Lola Waxx Records. This compilation album featured "What Do I Do," a song recorded by Howard in 2008. The song picked up airplay and positive response on UK Radio.

He’s done an amazing amount of historical research into legal issues that particularly affect property rights and has developed methods of effectively challenging many of the governmental oppressions that come against people. We spent about 3 hours talking the other night about a number of things including the Bundy Ranch situation, which he has spend a little time evaluating and has developed a potential manner of addressing it that is quite similar to his past experience dealing with the US Forest Service and BLM.

I will also talk about books and authors that I have read in the past and want to read in the future or what books have become movies that I would love to watch or read. Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson will kick things off and explain why he decided to move Titan FC 28 from April 25th in Kansas City to May 16th in Newkirk, OK. Kalib Starnes has been so desperate find and keep fights over the past couple of years that he has competed at middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight. He will face Dave Herman in the co-main event of Titan FC 28 in a heavyweight showdown. Herman was last seen losing his fourth straight and being cut from the UFC roster while Starnes is riding a four fight winning streak.
At MFC 38, Anthony Birchak was experiencing a resounding range of emotions. He was chosen to face Tito Jones for the opportunity to become the first ever MFC bantamweight champion, the fans selected their fight to be the main event, he witnessed the birth of his son and he buried one of his best friends. Now he heads into MFC 40 with a clear mind and will face Kevin Croom in his first title defense. Once again MFC is leaving it up to the fans to decide the main event as Birchak’s fight is up against two other title fights for the right to close the show.
