The essence of the ideology of the Black Panther Party is that we recognize that matter is constantly in transformation a dialectical manner. But when we understand this and understand the forces in operation, we understand this and direct them in a manner which is beneficial for the community.  Therefore what we want to do is understand the contradiction within ever respect of the Black Community and move on them by trying to increase the positive side of each contradiction until it comes to dominate the negative side.  This is how we define power: the ability to define phenomena and make it act in a desired manner."  Dr. Huey P. Newton, "HE WONT BLEED ME A REVOLUTIONARY ANALYSIS OF SWEET SWEETBACK'S BASADASSSSS SONG ...", June 19 1971, form "TO DIE FOR THE PEOPLE."   This movie by Melvin Van Peebles is a great study to 'Know Your enemy as you know yourself"  is an art of war.  If we compare and contrast the actual book THE ART OF WAR BY, by SUN TZU , where he says this about the study of how to make war and be successful in that Art.  "He who relies solely on warlike measures shall be exterminated; he who relies solely on peaceful measures shall perish. Instances of this are Fu Ch`ai [11] on the one hand and Yen Wang on the other. [12] In military matters, the Sage's rule is normally to keep the peace, and to move his forces only when occasion requires. He will not use armed force unless driven to it by necessity. Many books have I read on the subject of war and fighting; but the work composed by Sun Wu is the profoundest of them all. [Sun Tzu was a native of the Ch`i state, his personal name was Wu. He wrote the ART OF WAR in 13 chapters for Ho Lu, King of Wu. Its principles were tested on women, and he was subsequently made a general. He led an army westwards, crushed the Ch`u state and "Excerpt From: Tzu, Sun.

Still, however, Van Peebles does show us how a bloody stump may not be a meaningless thing if we get out of that cultist bag.  How does he do this? He shows the blood on Sweetback’s arms each time he down the cops.  In his first  baptism by blood there is blood all the way up to his elbow.  And later when he downs the cops in the poolroom, there is blood up to his elbow again,   That is the true route to liberation:  stern action when the situation demands that you seize the time and turn away from cultist behavior.

There is another key idea which comes through repeatedly.  That is the ability of the people to survive even under the hardest conditions.  We do this by using the means available to us and never worrying about the fact that we don’t have all the technology that the oppressor has. You will recall that Sweetback was interns and in the back of the police car when the people “washed “ it with gasoline.   What did the brother do? He made it out of the car and then walked right through the - he did not panic and run, he just calmly turned a situation of oppression to his advantage.

Changing The World--Live With The Rayfords

    in Lifestyle

None of us can change the world by ourselves, but with a change in our attitudes, we can make a difference, one person at a time.

Of course, Believers who have an established relationship with Jesus Christ understand--the one person at a time concept--hopefully better than most--but if we concentrate on changing self first and reaching out to others to show them, not tell them, how a different attitude change their lives and the lives of others.

Showing kindness--even to people who may not deserve it is one way we can change attitudes. It's hard to stay mad at someone who is kind to you.

Showing compassion--when other people have situations to deal with, we can be more compassionate about them than being judgmental. We've all made mistakes--some more costly than others, but the great thing about mistakes is--if we learn from them--and we should--we become better people.

Loving others--even the unloveable--gets their notice every time. And when we finish showing them love, share the love of Jesus Christ, gettting them to understand just how important they are to Him.

We can do this--change the world--making a difference and a better place for all to live and thrive--one person at a time.

  • Our Second Journey Outside Our Bodies. A guided journey into the astral world.

    in Psychology

Tim Janakos will lead us all in the second guided journey outside of our bodies.  How does it get even better than that?

Tim Janakos has been lucid dreaming since he was about 4 or 5 years old and over the years he has combined lucid dreaming and techniques for astral projection and multi-demensional travel to get an incredible healing experience out of the out of body phase state consciousness.

If you have head phones you can listen to this episode with and if you can find a comfortable place to lie down or sit down and close your eyes if you are not driving or operating any dangerous machinery, it would be best.

If you didn't get a chance to listen to Tim's first guided journey out of the body.  It might be best to listen to that one first or to go listen to it after you hear this one.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yhoy4lk0rQ

For some people it takes many listens before they master it, but once you learn how to go outside your body, you are going to wonder why you never learned this in school.  This is more amazing than any virtual reality video games will ever be.   And this is the real thing.  This is another reality that exists for you and you can do so much in it.   Meet dead relatives, do healing, fly, breath underwater, teleport to any location in the multiverse, and/or time travel.  The possibitlites are unlimited.   And it is one of the many ways to become more conscious and realize that your waking reality is really just another lucid dream that you have control over if you are willing to choose it.
