Sometimes, our anger get's tough to manage, and things can get out of control and ruin relationships. As an athlete, you can not afford to let your temper get the best of you, because many people are looking for an opportunity to bring you down. Many athletes are provoked and targeted unfortunately. But many athletes have found ways to stay away from trouble and keep a level-head during times of frustration.
Tonight, we will dive into understanding the triggers that make us angry, some of the techniques to cool down when you get angry, and tips for not getting too emotional when things don't go your way!
