Are you ready for some hard hitting Thursday Night Football? Tonight at 6:30, join Alan Zlotorzynski and former Ravens players Tavares Gooden and Anthony Wright, as they get set to break down the most intense rivalry in the NFL.
Plain and simple: Baltimore and Pittsburgh – it’s one of the NFL’s best rivalries. Playing for the second time in five days, the Ravens (0-1) host the Steelers (1-0) in a primetime Thursday Night Football special at M&T Bank Stadium.
Alan will have all of the stats that matter for this critical AFC North showdown. Tavares will dip into his experience as a Raven in a new Pregame segment called---T-Goods Defensive Keys. Alan’s new cohost will also have opinions on everything from the Ray Rice situation to what it is like being involved in this rivalry.
Former Ravens QB Anthony Wright will join the show to discuss what it’s like playing against a Dick LeBeau defense and how what his keys are to beating it tonight.
Last Sunday in their season opener, the Ravens fell, 23-16, to the visiting Cincinnati Bengals. After fighting back to earn a 16-15 advantage with 5:46 left in the game, the Ravens were stunned when QB Andy Dalton hit WR A.J. Green with a 77-yard TD throw, providing Cincy the decisive score. Green’s TD came just 48 seconds after the Ravens took a fourth-quarter advantage when QB Joe Flacco connected on an 80-yard TD throw to WR Steve Smith, Sr.
The Steelers, meanwhile, outlasted the Cleveland Browns, 30-27, in last week’s opener after K Shaun Suisham hit a game-winning, 41-yard FG as time expired.
The guys will also discuss the updated information on the Ray Rice situation, which has become the biggest news story in the nation. You won’t want to miss any of the uncensored pregame show, which takes you right up to kickoff at 8:25.
