Over the decades and maybe every week there is some type of discussion on the topic of "reparations"; specifically reparations to be paid to African Americans for slavery.
We shall approach this topic from a Law School point of view today on "It's My House". We shall discuss
"Reparation Invesitgations" and who are qualified "Reparation Investigators".
Are their any licensed Bar "Attorneys" who specialize in "Reparations", "Reparations Injuries", or "Generational Reparations Injuries" ?
Are their any " Reparation Lawyers" ?
What Law Firm specilizes in "Reparation Litigation" ?
Who would you bring legal action against in a "Reparations Legal Action" ?
How do you organize a "Reparations Legal Defense Fund" ?
Make sure that you have plenty of access to take notes for this podcast, for we shall cover this topic in a way that most people who discuss it never even think of.

Today's guest will be Marti, from Missouri. The main theme of her story, like it is in so many others, is that all accusations that were made on her daughter were false. She also had the added bonus of having to deal with her daughter's step mother, who is an ex case worker and still has pull in CPS. This woman used her knowledge of the system to kidnap her grand baby for the pay check, as well as mentally break her her daughter down.
It's sure to be an interesting interview. Tune in, 2 p.m. CST, or 3 p.m. Eastern!
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and autism are both general terms for a group of complex disorders of brain development. These disorders are characterized, in varying degrees, by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors. With the May 2013 publication of the DSM-5 diagnostic manual, all autism disorders were merged into one umbrella diagnosis of ASD. Previously, they were recognized as distinct subtypes, including autistic disorder, childhood disintegrative disorder, pervasive developmental disorder-not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS) and Asperger syndrome.
ASD can be associated with intellectual disability, difficulties in motor coordination and attention and physical health issues such as sleep and gastrointestinal disturbances. Some persons with ASD excel in visual skills, music, math and art.
Autism appears to have its roots in very early brain development. However, the most obvious signs of autism and symptoms of autism tend to emerge between 2 and 3 years of age. Autism Speaks continues to fund research on effective methods for earlier diagnosis, as early intervention with proven behavioral therapies can improve outcomes. Increasing autism awareness is a key aspect of this work and one in which our families and volunteers play an invaluable role.
Please Welcome our special guests who have taken the time out to tell their stories.

On the occasion of International Press Freedom Day, World Footprints was invited by the United Nations Foundation to attend a powerful event sought to change the narrative and examine women's voices in fragile states and why those voices matter. The UN Foundation co-hosted a distinguished panel which was led by Ambassador Melanne Verveer of the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security. She was joined by Krista Hendry from The Fund for Peace, Amy Slaughter and Yar Ayuel with RefugePoint and award-winning filmmaker Elaisha Stokes. The panel discussed the challenges that women face in fragile states and areas where women are taking the lead in reconcilation. On the April 23, 2015 episode of Liberal Dan Radio:
Yesterday was Earth Day. To celebrate it I had shared a picture on my facebook wall saying "Happy Libertarian Earth Day" with a picture of a sunken ship and pollution everywhere. This caused a big debate. On many issues I do believe Libertarians have it right (mostly because they agree with liberals). However, in some areas their line of reasoning is flawed and even damaging. Can the invisible hand effectively stop pollution? Does the non aggression principal allow for government regulation?
In the second half I will be discussing King V Burwell. Arguments were made in March to the Supreme Court. I will have on as a guest Todd Haley who was able to get affordable health coverage under the ACA and whose case was brought up by Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Public Policy. Mr. Haley would lose affordable coverage and would be adversely effected by a ruling against subsidies on exchanges that are federally run.
