    in Technology

Our century is permanently presenting paradoxical situations. Thanks to Globalization, the economical vicissitudes of Gambia can produce a decided influence in Bolivia. Even though the growth of the communication media is undeniable, people feel increasingly alone. Internet has burst into our lives to stay.

Alberto Elisavetsky, director of the non-profit social network ODR Latinoamerica, will speak with us about his experiences in the use of new technologies applied to conflict resolution in Hispanic America, and how this modality can provide quick and low-cost resolution to various sorts of conflicts.

Alberto Elisavetsky is the director of ODR LATINOAMERICA. Among his most remarkable achievements, there’s the agreement of professional capacitation in distance mediation with the Justice and Human Rights Ministries of the provinces of Salta and Córdoba, Argentina. Another training agreement was made with the School of Judicial Investigation of the Judicial Power of the State of Guanajuato, Mexico. He is the director of the Observatory of Conflict in the National University of Tres de Febrero, Argentina, dedicated to research and advance of conflict resolution through new technologies. He’s also a professor in the virtual modality of the University.

Tracy Culbreath has a passion for conflict resolution that began after pursuing her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in Interpersonal Organizational Communication. After observing the consequences of poor communication on a personal and professional level, she realized she needed additional skills to address the conflicts that often resulted from communication breakdowns. Tracy graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Master’s of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Management.

    in Travel

National Geographic International (now FOX) producer, Dawn Drew, has been to India more than 100 times and she recently spent three months filming around the country.  Dawn says that each visit to India offers something new and that travelers should go beyond the iconic attractions for an authentic travel experience.  We'll also talk about the state of Goa--the popular resort that you may not have heard of.

Actress Stefanie Powers, best known for her role as Jennifer Hart in the television series "Hart to Hart", leads a double life, one in front of the camera or on stage and the other as a chamption for animal preservation and protection.  She started both interests at an early age.  When she was 15 years old she took to the stage but her love and protection of animals started with a rat named Petey much earlier.   Stefanie helped create the William Holden Wildlife Foundation in memory of her long-time partner and she supports animal conservation efforts of several other organizations.  Stefanie also continues her craft on camera and the stages around the world.

Friendly Planet Travel is a popular group tour operator that we first became acquainted with during a trip to South Africa for our honeymoon.  We discovered the amazing price points that Friendly Planet offered for a great value.  Apart from the competitive tour prices, the mission of Friendly Planet and its backstory reflects courage, love, luck and transformation.  We spoke to founder, Peggy Goldman, about how travel helped her heal and reinvent herself following a divorce and loss of her son.

How to Survive in a Financial Catastrophe by Michael Tellinger on Revenue Chat

    in Business

Michael Tellinger, author of four books, scientist and explorer, a real-life Indiana Jones, and who made making ground-breaking discoveries about advanced vanished civilizations in Africa, gives us an unprecedented view on a new way to do business, and survive with complete abundance, and all without money.

It is no secret financial pundits predict the fall of the U.S. Dollar as the Global Reserve Currency. The U.S. is expected to drop down to a position equivalent to the end of the British Empire in the post-World War II period per Jim Rickards, Financial Threat and Asymmetric Warfare Advisor for both the Pentagon and CIA who makes serious predictions about our financial future.

Another factor that can bring financial collapse is solar flares. NASA stated, “a powerful coronal mass ejection (CME) tore through Earth’s orbit on July 23, 2012.” — “If the eruption had occurred only one week earlier, Earth would have been in the line of fire." If this had hit the earth, we would have seen serious power blackouts, and the grid going down, if not more serious consequences to humanity. This means all financial institutions could be shut down.

Michael Tellinger gives insight on how to do business and survive in a financial catastrophe here on Revenue Chat with Tony DUrso.

    Economic Collapse in Progress?

    in Self Help

Major economic changes have been unfolding for several years. We are now reaching a financial crisis that will get everyone‘s attention. There is a great potential for social chaos to result.

With interest on bonds so low that some rates are negative, the decision to increase interest rates before long could crash the markets.

Meanwhile, very few people have a full time job with benefits and enough income to meet living expenses and service their debt. Financial slavery replaced and expanded on physical slavery after the Civil War. Now we are reaching the point of realizing the low end experience of that financial prison.

Alternative economists warn that sluggish economic activity, market drops, dollar decline and wealth redistribution may soon bring financial wipeout of the middle class and widespread poverty.

The orchestrated migration of refugees from the middle east, who are being difficult to manage, are exacerbating the financial crisis in Europe and soon may in the U.S. Now the hostilities seem to be bringing on World War III.

It is certainly time to get prepared and make plans with compatible friends.

The Kerri Edelman Show presents Rock Band Red Sun Rising

    in Rock Music

Rock music should be built to last. Since its genesis, the genre has been all about longevity not a “flavor of the month” or a “flash in the pan.” Whether you go back to the seventies or nineties pillars, the goal was to create something that can be lived with for a lifetime. It still can be that way. Akron, Ohio’s Red Sun Rising—Mike Protich [vocals/guitar], Ryan Williams [guitar], Tyler Valendza [guitar], Ricky Miller [bass/vocals], and Pat Gerasia [drums], proudly carry on that tradition with their full-length debut, Polyester Zeal [Razor & Tie]. “It’s not today’s rock, but it’s a new alternative,” declares singer and guitarist Mike Protich. Through tireless gigging, they built up an impressive local fan base, soon attracting the attention of multiple labels. Razor & Tie rushed to Akron in the Fall of 2014 and signed the band following a sold out hometown show.  The band headed to Los Angeles shortly after to cut Polyester Zeal with celebrated producer Bob Marlette [Black Sabbath, Shinedown, Seether]. They managed to siphon the pure, potent, powerful guitar chemistry, towering vocals, and muscular rhythms into the record’s 11 tracks with all of the “grit” intact. The first single “The Otherside” sees thick clean guitars clash with an unshakable refrain that’s as airy as it is anthemic. However, Polyester Zeal will be, and it firmly establishes Red Sun Rising’s place in rock. “The title sums it up,” concludes Mike. “Zeal is something you strive for, while Polyester is obtainable. The juxtaposition is, ‘What’s your obtainable dream?’ Ours is to tell stories through these songs. Hopefully, it makes you feel something. That’s what rock is supposed to do after all.” For more information, visit www.redsunrisingmusic.com
