Join hosts Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien as they continue the conversation about Shareholders. This week's episode is about the Deadlock Provision.
A deadlock provision, or deadlock resolution clause, is a contractual clause or series of clauses in a shareholders' agreement or other form of joint ventureagreement which determines how disagreements on key issues are to be resolved in relation to the management of the enterprise.
The main focus of most deadlock provisions are the termination provisions. The principle underlying them is that a successful business enterprise should not be destroyed solely because the two partners are unable to agree on a core issue; the value of the business as a going concern should be preserved, and a fair way should be found to allow one party to bow out with fair recompense for giving up their share in the venture.

In the "Will the Mets bench Dave Magadan when Keith Hernandez returns" edition, Jeffrey and Greg have a lot of your e-mails to answer. But first we kick things off by not talking about Matt Harvey's concert-going habits, or the Mets moving the fences in again. We do have a discussion of Mets pitching prospect Marcos Molina for you though. Then, we answer your e-mails. For an hour. There is a lengthy discussion of the strengths and weakenesses of various WARs, a (hopefully final) response to the Wilmer Flores fan club, and a fairly lengthy digression about early 2000s northeast indy wrestling. How long is it until pitchers and catchers report again?

On this episode of Kesha Fan Radio, serial killer culture is discussed. Kesha is not the first artist to use the name of a highly publicized serial killer in her music, but nonetheless, it still sparked controversy with her non-single track "Cannibal". Despite this fact, many fans note it as a favorite and the controversy of the name use lends itself to the world's growing fascination with serial killers. Tweet your thoughts to @keshafanradio or call in the day of the show!
NOTE: the subject of the show does not imply that KFR or any of the fans, or Kesha, condones serial killing or is making light of the victims of serial killing.
