Scripture Text: Acts 16:16-40
Key Verses : Acts 16: 25-27
And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises to God: and the prisoners heard them.
And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's band were loosed.
And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

GOD A CONSUMING FIRE
For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
Deuteronomy 4:23-25 (in Context) Deuteronomy 4 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations Deuteronomy 9:3
Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
Deuteronomy 9:2-4 (in Context) Deuteronomy 9 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations

Newly born infant Charlotte is the Princess of Cambridge - a title bestowed, not earned. We have been bestowed a title before Almighty God by His Son and it’s a greater title than the court of St. James bestows. In today’s gospel reading, Jesus says, “As the Father loves me, so I have loved you.” We have the title of co-heir of our Lord Jesus Christ. We can’t earn the title no matter how hard we try. We are justified, righteous, holy and saved because of Jesus.
Praise the LORD Oh my Soul and All that is within me
Praise His Holy name.
Father I Thank You, You called us to Trust in you.
You call us to not lean on our own understanding but
in all our ways we should acknowledge You and You
will direct our Paths...You Dear LORD will make our Paths
straight. Beloved it is so easy sometimes to take our eyes
off the one who Saves us. It is so easy to look at our mate,
a family member or even ourselves. How about our circumstances,
Beloved do you ever find yourself in a mindset that just keeps getting
more and more away from the LORD versus drawing closer to Him?
I totally inderstand and can relate. In my struggles of the mind I literally
heard "Trust in the LORD" I Thank You Dear Father you love us so much
that even when we get off track you call us back to you. Father I Thank you
for your mercies, I thank you for your grace, I thank you faithfulness and your
lovingkindnesses that are new each and everyday. Father in the name of Jesus
Christ Our Lord and Savior I Thank you for Answered Prayers. Beloved hear this
evening How the LORD moved me to Pray for a Mother Yesterday on the Mother's
Day Prayer Call and how she later shared how her child had died and came back the
night before!! How serious is that Beloved? The Holy Spirit of the Almighty God is alive
Beloved and He is our Comforter. Beloved I don't know where you are right now however
just know that the LORD our God is with you and for you. Know beyond the shadow of a
Doubt He calls you to Trust fully in Him and not in a person or your circumstances.
Psalm 27:10 Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.
1 Peter 2:11-12 says Dear friends, I urge you, as foreigners and exiles, to abstain from sinful desires, which wage war against your soul. 12 Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. What a true verse of scripture we must be reminded of daily, that we do not belong to this world. We are strangers and pilgrims who are on a journey towards Heaven to reign with our Lord and Saviour. But until that great day comes it will be asked of us to go through many trials, difficuties, hardships and temptations in order to make us strong in our faith and trust in Almighty God. 2 Cor 4:8-9 makes this point very clear, " We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed". Exactly how are we to be seperate in a wicked, depraved and sensual world today? What will it take to stay focused towards the goal for the prize thats right before us? Know this, satan will always seek out ways to distract us from our journey and get us thinking about living it up here just a little while longer....eat, drink and be merry, indulge in every lustful appetite you can think of. He simply wants you to forget your just a sojourner, forget those eternal bliessings and rewards in Christ, and yes miss out on Gods best. King Solomon said it best, Ecclesiastes 2:1 said to myself, "Come now, I will test you with pleasure to find out what is good." But that also proved to be meaningless, lord teach us to be sober and vigilant and know that this world is not our home.
Join us for intecessory prayer as we start our week seeking the face and favor of God and interceeding on behalf of those that need our prayers.
Father I Praise Your Name.
I lift Your Name on High for You Oh
LORD are Worhty to Be Praised and I
Magnify Your Most Precious and Awesome
Name. Father in the name of Our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ I come. Come knowing Father
Your Desire for us is to be more like You and less like
the world. Father who art in heaven, hallowed be your
most Holy Name for You Oh Lord are worthy to be Praised.
Beloved as we come before Your Throne, as we come into
Your Presence may we come humbly knowing that through
Jesus Christ we have the Redemption of Sins according to
Colossians 1:14. Beloved, let us ask the Lord for forgiveness
of sins. Knwoing Beloved He is faithful and just to forgive us
and cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Beloved as we take a
look into the Temptation of Jesus Christ, we will see a man tempted
yet did not sin. How was this possible Beloved? This was possible
through the Power of the Holy Spirit of the Almighty God. The Holy
Spirit who gives us the Power to will and to do...as in Phillipians 2:4
that says it is God who worketh in us to do His will and good pleasure.
Beloved this same Holy Spirit is available to us.
Father I pray that your will, will be done in and through our lives.
I pray Father that we like Jesus will learn to rebuke the enemy when
he comes tempting. Father give us Power from on High and may we
walk in the Power we receive.
