Dr. Warnick graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at the Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL, followed by a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery and pediatric sports medicine at the Atlanta Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
Dr. Warnick was awarded the Charles M. Schwartz traveling fellowship and studied at the Adidas Sports Medicine Clinic in Auckland, New Zealand after finishing his fellowship. Dr. Warnick is an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the USF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
His interests include pediatric sports medicine and problems of the hip in children and adolescents. His specialized training included arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, shoulder, elbow and ankle. He is trained in hip preservation techniques, including those amenable to treatment with surgical dislocation of the hip and the Ganz periacetabular osteotomy.
Dr. Warnick enjoys all aspects of pediatric orthopedics and has a special interest in sports medicine and hip preservation.

Two Kings were crowned in June, and ther was also the U.S. Open, Belmont Stakes, UEFA Soccer Championships, as well as MLB interleague play and the College World Series. Who needs the NFL, right?
Alan will also hand out the Dumb Ass of the month award, and while June was a relatively quiet month, and most everyone behaved, those that are nominated for the award are true recipients.
Alan recaps the month that was for the O's and Nats and recaps the MLB All-Star team.
The NBA and NHL drafts are complete, and I-295 Sports will tell you how the Wizards made out last Thursday night and which teams were the winners and losers in the NBA draft. Alan looks at what both the Wiz and Washington Capitals need to do in free agency, which began today for both leagues.
The the start of July means training camp is near. Alan continues his NFL divisional preview with the AFC West. Will the Chargers finally meet expectations, or can Peyton Manning lead the Broncos back to the playoffs?
