I've always thought that having football at 10 AM in the morning would be pretty awesome. It looks like I'm going to find out tomorrow whether or not that is accurate or not.
As with any other week, we'll be looking at games that I find interesting for one reason or another, and I'll be giving you my standard poor analysis and reasoning as to why teams are going to win.
Join us, won't you?
Jeff Niles Presents: “POEtic License”
Written, directed and produced by Viktor Aurelius
Synopsis: Tonight we have a witty tale that takes place in the late summer of 1844. It seems a struggling author is “struggling” a bit more than usual. He has writer's block. But what makes things more fascinating is that the author in question is named Edgar Allan Poe. No one knows the true events that caused the inspiration of Poe's greatest work, but perhaps... just perhaps... it happened something like this.
Featured in the Cast were:
Viktor Aurelius as Edgar Allan Poe
Kat Waterflame as Lenore Byrd
Jeff Niles as James P. Nevamore
Rachel Rumler as Raven Byrd
Gwendolyn Jensen-Woodard as Virginia Poe
and Jonithan Patrick Russell as The Policeman
Music by Kevin MacLeod ( http://incompetech.com/m/c/royalty-free/ )

Abu Shahid, founding member of the 5 Percenters alongside Allah (C13X) in 1964, and the Elder of the 5% Nation of Gods and Earths, will be inviting and fielding questions from all callers concerning 5% teachings and history including a wide range of other subjects. "Ask the Elder".
Football literally from sunup to sundown. It's Roger Goodell's wet dream cum true. Jay and Dre pick games for Sunday--which sees the Lions and Falcons get it on from London in the morning through the Saints hosting the Pack that night--and the Monday night contest between Colt McCoy's Redskins and the 6-1 red-hot Cowboys. In the aftershow, Dre has thoughts about the wrestler Sting and how we remember our childhood heroes.

This is a chapter in God's Word that always jumps out at me as being very relevant in the times we're living in today. I've made mention to it before in the past on probably more than one occasion and referenced verses from it as well in past shows. Today, as that's been a book in the bible I've been studying and as I recently read this chapter again, I wanted to dedicate a show to it. Why are we in the mess we're in politically? Why are we in the mess we're in culturally? It's not to say all the answers can be found in this chapter, though some can and certainly I believe all the answers can be found in the Word of God itself. But I'm going to be covering it today- consider it a bible study or discussion if you want. But try to tune in and bring your bibles with you. ;)

Forgive National Leaders & Other Nations-National Leaders should promote national healing & reconciliation. In order to do this, there should be confession, repentance, & forgiveness in order for reconciliation to take place in America & in all nations. National leaders may want to investigate past & present injustices by conducting public hearings, forgiveness ceremonies, tribunals & investigations. Reconciliation cannot happen unless TRUTH is revealed. People should forgive the national leaders & other nations.
Int’l Repentance, Forgiveness, & Reconciliation Day- People should forgive others and themselves. This should be a day of fasting, praying, repenting, forgiving, and reconciling. You can watch a movie about forgiveness like Heaven’s Rain.

"[KJV] Eph 4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:"
