I will be doing my show, live from Albert Whitted Park, 480 Bayshore Drive SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 I will broadcasting starting at 8am
Former Florida Governor Charlie Crist is expected to announce Monday that he wants his old job back.
“I work for you, the people, always have, always will,” said Charlie Crist in a recent commercial.
Monday morning,at 10am in St. Petersburg Crist is expected to make it official. But unlike before when he was a Republican, this time Crist will run on the Democratic ticket.
The former, next Governor Charlie Crist will declare his intentions Monday morning in downtown Straub Park. That's near where he announced in 2010 that he was leaving the GOP to run for U.S. Senate as an independent.
"When you allowed me to be a governor, I worked to be the people's governor every day. You the people were in charge," Crist says, with a beach in the background. "I'm an optimist, but let's face it, the past few years have been tough: government on the fringes, donors and politics above you, the people. You've seen the attacks — against full-time working people and their health care, against women and their doctors, against teachers, public schools and college affordability. And even against the simple act of casting your vote. It's not working. Only you the people can end this nonsense and get us back to common sense. That's the way forward. Tell me how I can help. Share your comments with me here. I'll read every last one. I work for you, the people. Always have and always will."
As East's reputation grew on the L.A. session scene, so did his job calls. From that point on, East worked consistently. He toured with Loggins appearing with the singer at Live Aid in 1985. Eric Clapton heard Nathan and invited him to join his band. With keyboardist Greg Phillinganes and drummer Phil Collins, they toured the world over and performed multiple concerts at London's Royal Albert Hall which resulted in the release of Clapton's "24 Nights" CD, (1988). With Clapton, he would go on to record numerous CD's including Journeyman, August, Behind The Sun, Pilgrim, Reptile and the Multi-Grammy Award winning multi-platinum Clapton MTV Unplugged CD.In 1990, while in the studio recording Bob James' Grand Piano Canyon album, the keyboardist asked East, Lee Ritenour, and Harvey Mason if they'd be interested in forming a group where each member would be an equal partner and could contribute songs. James, who at the time held an executive position at Warner Bros.' jazz A&R department, got them a deal with the label; a couple of months later, the group now known as Fourplay began recording their debut album. Their first record, 1991′s Fourplay, sold over a million copies and remained at the number one position on Billboard's contemporary jazz charts for 33 weeks. Their next LP, 1993′s Between the Sheets, reached number one, went gold, and received a Grammy nomination. In 1995, their third gold album, Elixir, inherited the number one position from Kenny G's Breathless and remained on the charts for more than 90 weeks. Fourplay's 4 album entered the jazz charts at number one when guitarist Larry Carlton joined the band. Now, after fifteen years together, nine CD's and 5 Grammy nominations, Fourplay's X CD debuted at number one (Billboard Contemporary Jazz) remaining there for more than two months.

This week's "Gift from the Elders to the Next Generation" series, is hosted by NCEBC Queen Mother, Dr. Adelaide Sanford and will feature a lively and parent-empowering conversation with Dr. Sharon Washington.
All NCEBC Stakeholders should please plan to join us for this live discussion.
Dr. Sharon Washington is an education anthropologist and the founder of Anthropologi Educational Research and Development, an international firm created to bring “education” back to schools. She is also the author of The Educational Contract, which tackles the difficult job of explaining why so many African American students do so poorly in school by peeling back the layers of why their parents let them, and explaining how the 1954 US Supreme Court case Brown, which was intended to bring equality to education, actually has contributed to the phenomenon. The Educational Contract calls for a deep spiritual work in our public educational system and calls for parents to lead that movement—a movement in the practice of freedom and participation in the transformation of our world.

Romans 12:1 - "I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2- And be not conformed to this world: be be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." When Highland Park senior Marshon Sanders, an African American, was pulled out of classes and sent to the dean's office October 31st, Halloween, for coming to school in a Jesus costume, this set off a wave of controversy. Were officials offended because he was dressed like a revered religious figure, Jesus, for Halloween? Or were officials offended that Marshon, a black youth, dared to portray Jesus, who has been portrayed as white? Marshon says inasmuch as he had been recently baptised, he wore the costume in honor of Jesus. Author and historian Walter McCray discusses his books on the racial identity of Jesus and the Black Presence in the Bible. How does the racial images of religious figures affect our beliefs about God and about ourselves?
Program #139 Jon includes in his talking points:
* Virginia mom OK's son to wear KKK costume for Halloween.
*Why Hillary's numbers have dropped.
* Schumer endorses Clinton for El Presidente.
* Obama 'blogs' Congress needs to pass anti-discrimination law - "blogs!?" What?
* Romney says Obama "fundamentally dishonest" - meaning a lier!
If there's one thing Jon doesn't care for, it's driving US traditional values and culture down the tubes.
The Left Wing in the country is doing just that spearheaded by having Obama in the White House. The most radical far-Left president that the country has seen since Roosevelt! Known as the Black Messiah and winner of the Noble Peace Prize, He has lead the world to stability and peace!
Or at least that's what the Socialist Left wants you to believe.
Jon doesn't mince words in his opinions and commentaries. Sometimes he gets a bit carried away - but Jon is smart enough to realize that it's an uphill battle keeping the freedoms of the country alive and untrampled upon.
Join Jon each day at 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Eastern, for his Daily Missive or is it rant?!
Somebody has to do it - so it might as well be Jon Doe!
Believe it or not there are Black female filmmakers who are creating horror films and have an eminent voice in the horror film community. Tananarive Due and Kristina Leath-Malin will be our guests as we discuss gender and race disparities in the horror film genre as well as current projects both filmmakers are working on and their mission to spread the word that Black women are making horror films!
Forty-five minutes west of Walt Disney's make-believe history, archaeologists dig for real artifacts. Hunched over a shallow, square excavation, they search for Peliklakaha, the largest Black Seminole village, Fort Mose known to historians, a place where different cultures joined in a fight for freedom more than 200 years ago. Until now, say University of Florida archaeologists, Peliklakaha existed only in the writings of military leaders and a painting commissioned by the U.S. general who had burned it down.
Join The Gist of Freedom with Historian Gilbert Raiford!
The first hour, Mark "Badger" Borcherding and Blueotter talked about some issues related to the Mayan Prophecy and The Third Secret of Fatima.
Then, something magical happened...
X-MiB (Man In Black) Danichi (Steven Raebel) joined us in hour two
Danichi - X-MIB Agent... Men in Black (MIB), in popular culture and in UFO conspiracy theories, are men dressed in black suits claiming to be government agents who attempt to harass or threaten UFO witnesses into silence. It is also frequently used to describe mysterious men working for unknown organizations, as well as to various branches of government allegedly designed to protect secrets or to perform other strange activities, linked in some fashion with UFO sightings. Most US government law enforcement and intelligence agencies such as the FBI have strict dress codes that ordinarily require their members to wear suits in dark, non-obtrusive colors. MIB team members have been described as behaving in either an exceedingly furtive manner or a completely outgoing one, with wide grins and disconcerting giggles. In the UFO research community the Men in Black often often claim to be from the Air Force or the CIA. Those who have encountered them say they produce proper government and military identification, but when verification is later sought, the people described either don't exist, have been dead for some time, or do exist, and may have a different rank. Military/CIA explanations - Men in Black are really government people in disguise ... possibly they are members of a rather bizarre unit of Air Force (sans SG1) Intelligence known currently as the Air Force Special Activities Center (AFSAC)
