AIMI vs. USA, Jan. 3, 2015

    in Politics Progressive

AIMI is seeking restitution for our neglected, mistreated, tortured or killed mentally ill persons or substance abusers as well as their victims. Call to speak on air at (347) 857-3293. Join the claimants conferences on the first Sat. and Sun. of each month and allow our International Human Rights Lawyer to review your case for possible inclusion of our planned action in International Court in 2015.

Have you or a close relative or next friend experienced any of these circumstances as a result of mental illness?
    a) long-term homelessness
    b) medical neglect
    c) psychiatric neglect or rejection for drug/alcohol treatment
    d) brutality
    e) lunacy arrests
    f) denial of a fair, speedy trial with an adequate defense attorney appointed (Sixth Amendment rights)
    g) imprisonment
    h) long-term solitary confinement
    i) torture as a jail or prison inmate
    j) wrongful death, including police violence and State executions

The ten circumstances listed above are common outcomes for poor or middle class Americans with mental disabilities and substance abuse problems. Mentally challenged and drug/alcohol addicted people are often victims of crimes against humanity, which are perpetuated or ignored by the government. Their human rights must therefore be protected by the United Nations. Discriminating against people for reason of their health status and disabilities violates the U.S. Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. "AIMI vs. USA" re Circumventing Successful Reentry: Goolsby 04/18/15

    in Politics Progressive

An "AIMI vs. USA" claimant, Ms. Goolsby, will report at 9pmEST Saturday, April 18, Listen to the live broadcast via phone to make comments at (818)572.2947. She says her mentally ill son was recently re-arrested after being out of prison on parole for two years and denied his social security and Medicaid because Georgia's prison system refused to furnish the Social Security Admn. with documentation proving that he was a psychiatric inmate who was treated for mental illness throughout his incarceration. He lived homeless for most of the time he was out of prison. He passed 13 drug tests, but finally got so frustrated with being broke and hungry that he failed one and tested positive for #marijuana . Therefore, his parole was revoked. Before prison, he had received disability income since he was a small child. His mother reports that due to the Georgia #prison system's noncooperation with the Social Security Admin., he could not make it and rejoined the 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners in the USA. Reasons like this cause America to have a 67.5 percent #recidivism  rate. A disability #lawyer was working with the family to get the documentation from Georgia and resume the disabled young man's social security, and he had a job for a short while, but ...

The tape will be available for listening any time after the live show on Blogralkradio. Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Whether or not you have relatives who suffer persecution for having mental illness, you are taxpayers who pay prison investors to warehouse America's mentally ill people.
