Join Attorney Sherri Jefferson as she goes INSIDE THE NFL. INSIDE THE NFL will be candid discussions about going “Inside the NFL”, and examining race, drugs, domestic violence, child abuse, and player discipline.
NFL, Clubs, and Players Union – Be careful what you ask for?
Is the NFL really serious about violence against women or is their agenda self-serving? Is the goal of the NFL to maintain endorsements and sponsorship or embrace and develop programs and services that promote self-awareness for abusers and victims of domestic violence? Why has the NFL been vocal about domestic violence and protecting alleged victims who can make decisions for themselves, but silent concerning child abuse, sex trafficking and juvenile prostitution, which plague the League, its clubs and players?
This episode will examine how the NFL has handled the recent allegations of domestic violence and child abuse. We will discuss whether the role of the NFL and its players union should include disciplinary actions against players for acts committed in their personal lives. We will also examine whether disciplinary action has been or is fair and impartial and what role does race play, if at all, in addressing off the field acts committed by players. Finally, this episode will examine whether the NFL has been inclusive or exclusive in handling issues like drugs, domestic violence, and race and off the field acts committed by its players.
Listen live and join Attorney Sherri Jefferson!

The Mighty Phoenix The history of the Ashkenazi Jews was widely known in the former Soviet Union. Ashkenazi militants traced the area where the Turkic Khazars originated before their migration to Southern Russia to Birobidjan, an Eastern Siberian area as big as Switzerland bordered by the Amur river, by China and Mongolia. Around 1928 they started building settlements with the Soviet government's help and in 1934 the Autonomous Republic (Okrug) of Birobidjan Yevrei came into being with official languages of Yiddish and Russian. It is still there as an Autonomous Republic to this day, offering the only historically legitimate settlement area for Ashkenazi Jews willing to exercise their "right to return"

Rev. Glencie Rhedrick is joined by Kristin Cabral on Women: Change Agents.
Kristin Cabral joined the PDA national board in 2013; she is an attorney-activist in Virginia. She has fought for voting rights and fair elections, including seeking to enfranchise people with past felony convictions and helping the Democratic Party with its election protection program in a state of often close elections. She was the Democrat for the U.S. House in 2012 in the swing DC suburbs of Virginia, doing unexpectedly well against an entrenched Republican incumbent on barely any time or money but with an intense field campaign that engaged the grassroots. Kristin, one of the first girls to desegregate Little League in 1974, is a lifetime advocate for women's equality, working with a number of organizations like NOW -VA, and she is from a union family and a supporter of workers. She is one of the first graduates of Head Start and put herself through college (Michigan) and law school (Harvard). Her concerns include the need for a working families agenda which pays heed to childcare issues and student loan debt -- both of which she herself has experienced.
