THE BULLY AND THE BULLIED
Kids get bullied. Adults get bullied. Workers get bullied. It’s just a fact of life, right? We grow up change jobs, move new places and there’s no harm, no foul, right? Well, maybe not. Could bullying actually be tied to abuse, domestic violence and long term consequences? What happens when your parent or your teacher is the bully? Or your supervisor at work or a relative?
Lisa Freeman, award winning author and speaker, will help us sort it all out Saturday. She’s appeared on TCT Today, Family Life Radio, Family Forum, news programs (such as WNEM-TV 5, WEYI-TV 25, WILNS-TV 6, ABC-TV 12 and more!) and has made headlines in newspapers both at the local and national level. For four years she hosted her own televised ministry “A Time to Heal.” Currently she writes a blog, “Abuse Bites but True Love Heals” to inspire others. She also lost a son in 2010, who had been bullied all his life for having Asperger’s Syndrome and a rare heart disease. Both personally and professionally, Lisa knows the ins and outs of bullying.
Join us Saturday at 11 am Pacific Time to learn more about the causes, effects, and long term consequences of bullying.

Last week Leaders of Change Radio Show a female caller who has followed the show asked a very important question Where are the voices and opinions of our women who are Mother's to our youth and leaders in our communities? Some of them have been raising children on their own who are responsible for this new generational genocide? It's going to take a collective effort from us all to empower our youth to make better choices.
The Southeast Memorial Page & Leaders of Change Radio are honoring strong women who want to talk about how they feel and address their concerns. We hope to be talking to Olivia Dixon, Monica Kelly, Fanessa Ard, Nee Ne Torbert, Judy Patterson and hopefully all of you strong women who have been supporting Leaders of Change Southeast Radio & The Southeast Memorial Page and have your pulse on the community.
The life coach, John Davis Marshall, along with other spiritual minded people of God, discuss how God seeks to lead women to do wondrously well. Individuals and groups have their views of family. Most often, the view is a “law” view. Even, the most conscientious compassionate ones host a law view of family. God has a view. Always, His view is a “grace” view. And as always, His view is the best view. Join with us in a discussion forum of life-enriching topics that will help us to do wondrously well according to a grace view. Indeed it is true, a better you begins with a grace view of God!

With the film industry releasing movies at an accelerated rate, we take a moment to notice how the powers have changed, in favor for the women of film. More adventurous, less yielding to commonality, more commanding while changing the true landscape of cinema. We've chosen, but a few of the many for our focus on the show's theme. Join in and tell us who your favorites are. Some picks are on longevity, some on body of work, and yet some on the excitement their character portrayals have created....What do you think?
