Meet Adrian Pace, the founder of Forte High Protein Gelato.
Adrian's favorite quote is "Through challenge comes inspiration." You will find this quote on every cup of Forte High Protein Gelato, and it's not without significant meaning. Forte High Protein Gelato Founder Adrian Pace was born with a severe congenital heart condition that led him to go through six open-heart surgeries before the age of 39.
In 2009, after spending over 8 months in a hospital awaiting a heart transplant, Adrian had his inspiration. After experiencing a variety of foods and unpalatable supplements during that time to sustain his health, Adrian was determined to create a better alternative for getting nutrition and healthy eating. The idea for Forte High Protein Gelato was born, fueled by the quest to make a healthy treat that is all natural, nutritious and delicious. He wanted to create something special not just for patients, but for everyone to enjoy.
With 15 grams of protein, only 2.5 grams of fat and an insanely rich and creamy taste and texture, Forte High Protein Gelato is proof of his success. Quality ingredients like rBST-free skim milk and cream, organic agave nectar and cage-free egg yolks make each perfectly portioned treat as decadent as it is nourishing. Forte is now a favorite among athletes, nutritionists, families, and healthy lifestyle advocates everywhere.
Join The Conscious Foods Network interviewer Jamie Herbstman in welcoming Adrian Pace. We will discuss his quest to create Forte, why protein is an important functional food, and the benefits of a high protein diet.
The Conscious Foods Network is a community who believes food should be additive and preservative free, even if it comes in a package.
Medium Vincent Pace gave me the BEST 2 Medium readings of my life! Vincent Pace brought back clearly and without question, my parents who died when I was only 13 & 16 years old. It had me in tears on air, so much I had to take a break. In my 4 years doing this show I have received a lot of readings from a variety of guest and some of very top names in the psychic world but nothing like Vincent Pace readings! Some Psychics are just readers but Vincent is amazing Medium and Psychic but also very spiritually sound in his Spiritual being. The emotion he believes in spiritual beliefs is so very well founded and heard at the being of the show!...In all my years of being a musician, composer, performer, and teacher, I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be communicating with Loved ones from the other side of natural life. As I realized my gift of seeing, feeling, and hearing, of the unseen, unheard, and unfelt of the spirit world, I fully engaged in the study of the expression of this gift. I initially felt different idioms of the gift as a child yet paid no attention to it; assuming it was a normal function of life for everyone. As life progressed it became clear that perhaps this ability was truly a gift. Just as music is an expression of the innermost self, so is mediumship. To use music as an analogy; many may study music, and then many may not, yet the true expression of music which touches the inner depth of one's being, is a gift, despite one's formal training or lack thereof. We as humans do not all enter the physical world for instance, with the potential to become medical doctors , this potential represents a particular subset or configuration of energy. This law of the universe holds true for all aspects of the expression of life http://www.onelightguidesall-vpace.com/biography

Being a Feminine and Powerful Leader doesn't mean we don't take action, create change and have a big impact...look at Mother Nature for a wonderful example of the Feminine Power in action! Yet, we either work too hard trying to be seen and heard and valued, OR are our own worst enemies when we fall short of our goals or fail. Let's change that, OK?
At the gym today, the trainer explained that it's time to pace myself, to use my strength in the 2nd half of the set, so I can finish strong. I don't know about you, but I've always started strong, then fizzle out midway through...sometimes dragging myself across the finish line, if I make it. (I always make it, but pretend I wasn't in it to win, just to finish...or that the goals wasn't that important.)
What about you? Let's dive in to some of the ways to move forward, pacing ourselves, anticipating there may be obstacles and issues in the way, yet holding out for the fulfilling pleasure of completion! Call in live if you are up for a bit of laser coaching!
Mitchell Berry is a Junior at West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, NC. He started playing football early for the Forsyth County Broncos, a youth team. Upon entering the 9th grade, Berry joined the West Forsyth Football team where he started at middle linebacker on JV. He emerged as one best players on defense that season.
As a sophomore, Berry played a few games on JV before getting moved up on Varsity in place of an injured teammate. He finished the season on Varsity and remained a spot starter. Wanting to develop his skill, he started working with Olympic Speed and Strength Coach Derrick Speas. Over the off-season Berry participated in all the football workouts and continued to work over the summer with Coach Speas.
He's has put himself in position to make a very big impact on the team this season. I'll be interviewing him on all this as well as his performance against Walkertown and his thoughts on playing East Forsyth next week. Tune in, because it will be an exciting show.
Tonight we'll cover the final two divisions in the NFL, the teams up north. In the NFC it's the Lions, Packers, Bears, and Vikings and over in the AFC it's the Steelers, Ravens, Bengals and Browns. Both divisions tend to run pretty close year in and year out. Will this year be any different? Will the Packers suffer with the unexpected Jordy Nelson loss? Will Adrian Peterson be the Peterson of old? Is Jay Cutler going to thrive under new OC Adam Gase? Can the Bengals win a playoff game? These are some of the bigger questions will tackle as well as dive into our two stories in the world of sports.
Feel free to call in or use the chat feature to join the conversation and ask us your questions.
We'll also preview next week's episode as well, which is going to be our first 1 hour show, with the main focus being on the Pats-Steelers opener and that Sunday's games.

Alex Gershman with Sasha's Bloc is back to talk their new hit single FEELS LIKE JAZZ!
Jazz collective Sasha’s Bloc solidifies their growing presence on the U.S. music scene with an original album that hearkens back to the Big Jazz Band sound of the 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s, and to a performance style that evokes such seminal acts as Duke Ellington, Fats Waller, Count Basie, Scott Joplin, Ella Fitzgerald and more.
Sasha’s Bloc is an amalgam of varied artists, nationalities and experiences, all fueled by bassist and songwriter Alex Gershman to deliver a sound that is consistently big, boisterous, full of spirit and rich in everything that makes jazz linger as an American phenomenon. On Heart On Fire, Gershman is honored to have Grammy-nominated vocalist Jane Monheit perform on multiple tracks.
The group’s core nonet is comprised of Nora Rothman, vocal; Brandon Fields, saxophone; Alex Budman, saxophone, clarinet; Kye Palmer, trumpet, Bob McChesney, trombone; Kevin Winnard, drums; Steve Cotter, guitar; Andy Langham, piano. Bolin, Tuba. Gershman plays upright bass and electric bass.
Let's ignore Crystal Palace, eh? And how about we ignore the first 90 minutes of Tuesday's Capital One Cup match. Will anyone be upset if we do that? No? Great.
With that in place: VILLA ARE UNSTOPPABLE. Two goals in just 30 minutes and none allowed? Watch out Sunderland, we're coming for you And the 0-4 drubbing we put on in March is going to feel like Child's play. By my calculations of what happened against Notts County, Villa are on pace to... wait, we don't make predictions here.
Instead, we talk about Crystal Palace and Notts County (yes, even the first half), and look ahead to Sunderland. Plus we've got a bumper crop of twitter questions this week, so we'll get to those as well!
