Baseball pitching motion expert Angel Borrelli and Joe Janish discuss the rash of pitching injuries suffered in the first week of 2015 spring training games. Is long toss a good idea when a pitcher has a sore arm and/or a possible arm injury? Should he "throw through" soreness? A particular focus on Gavin Floyd's chronic and recurring elbow injuries, as well as the contrast between how Yu Darvish and Mark Appel reacted to warning signs experiened during their pregame warmups. Other pitchers discussed include Cliff Lee, Brandon Cumpton, Tim Collins, Adam Wainwright, and Vincent Velasquez. Finally, Angel shares a secret to pitching velocity.
With the Cardinals nearing the halfway point of the Spring Training, Matt Whitner and Tara Wellman disect the remaining question marks for the 2015 squad -- Who gets the 5th spot in the rotation? Which outfielders break camp with the big club? And will Adam Wainwright be ready for Opening Day?

Then they'll get into Marco Gonzales's spring, Adam Wainwright's first start, and the fact that baseball is just two weeks away.

And the winner of the Best Narrative Feature at the 2015 Garden State Film Festival is Windsor! The film follows 6 friends in their last year of high school as they prepare to leave their small, struggling Texas hometown, a place caught up in the wheels of giant agribusiness that seems to swallow up small farming towns. Maisie (Madelyn Deutch), whose father is about to be released from prison, decides she can’t leave town where she has been embraced since the dark day when her father nearly killed the man whose company foreclosed on their family farm resulting in long-term devastation on his family. The town patriarch, Gil Denton (perfectly played by character actor Barry Corbin), a no-nonsense, wealthy landowner dying from cancer, and he serves as a sounding board and sympathetic friend, while providing the kids a wistful link to a past they will never know. Set in current time, Windsor reminds us that small town values are worth saving, and that the mouse does indeed occasionally roar. Porter Farrell wrote, directed, and produced Windsor, his first film, along with Producer Adam Dietrich. Everything about the film is so well executed, that you’ll be hard pressed to believe this is Farrell’s first film. The movie also features Quinn Shephard, who received the Rising Star Award from the GSFF, an honor bestowed on an up-and-coming actor/actress with NJ roots. This film is a winner on multiple levels. After the interview, check After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live for more info.

This Sunday is Wrestlemania 31, the biggest event in fake sports of the year. Because we're a bunch of children, we decided to do a podcast dedicate to WWE's premier event. Adam Collyer, Bill DiFilippo, BSD alum Dan Vecellio and CoachingSearch.com Managing Editor/contributor to The Only Colors (the network's Michigan State blog) Chris Vannini got together to talk about this year's card. If you have nothing better to do, we highly recommend listening as the guys get way too giddy about Brock Lesnar.
RACE: Any of the major biological divisions of mankind, distinguished by color and texture of hair, color of skin and eyes, stature, bodily proportions, etc: many ethnologists now consider that there are only three primary divisions, the Caucasian (loosely ‘white race ), Negroid (loosely ‘black race ) and Mongoloid (loosely, ‘yellow race ), with various subdivisions: the term has acquired so many unscientific connotations that in this sense it is often replaced in scientific usage by ‘ethnic stock or ‘group .”

Gen 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. Gen 3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? Gen 3:10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. Gen 3:11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? Gen 3:12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
