May 22, 2014: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are becoming increasingly common among youth athletes and can lead to arthritis of the knee later in life. But a recent clinical report in Pediatrics, the official journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics, notes that the risk for ACL injuries can be significantly reduced with a simple neuromuscular training program.
In this episode, Julie Eibensteiner, PT, DPT, CSCS, who has worked with numerous college and elite soccer players both as a physical therapist and as a coach, discusses ACL injuries and gives advice to parents about ways to reduce the risk of these knee injuries for their children.

Next we get into the weeds discussing all the injuries that likely affected your Fantasy matchup this week. A lot of big name players went down early in games and owners were left with zeros, or close to it.
