We all have more power to discover about ourselves. Each one of us is an infinite being, having a human experience. Yet, if you cannot convert your own personal power into effect, then your power has no way to actually change your life. To understand what your own personal power is, and then how to bring it into your everyday living, is to make the power have effect in your own personal life.
Your Soul has a vision for your life. It knows your potential. Yet if you can't get your ego onboard, well, then it doesn't make much difference. Love is the source of authentic power. Your heart is the center of your power. Take the time to understand the nature of yourself as a powerful, capable human being.
Peace, luv and blessed protection be upon all of the 9Mind Sacred Sisters and those that we luv. 2night is news and my best FB post. We will begin and end this evening show with a song by Jonny Rebel called; If I Could Be a N For a Day. Some may find night show offensive
so will be rated R. I 4/1am in full agreement of the ngr word being put back on the table and openly used by whoever want's 2. Why? There are way to many ppl of color, Blk an other now residing in USA who seem 2B clueless about whts true feelings toward their native Blk populace. It's as if some have conveniantly chosen 2 4GET critical patches of American history dealing with race problems that resulted in mucho lost of life and bloodshed and yet both Blks an whts pretend such horrors of history against the Negros never even occurred. The words of this song should cause us to seriously ponder how Blks are truthfully viewed globally by Albion-Aryan-orion EuroPEAN w/Klans but other ethnic groups who do not view themselves 2B what BA's are although sharing similar complexion an even features. These groups once in the USA are secretly encouraged to not intergrate with us. More an likely for economic reasons. BA's seem to walk around truly clueless that no other Black or Coloured races ie... ethnic groups want to be us geneticaly but do want to come to AMERICA and usurp we socially and economically. BA's under the spell of dejavu refuse to even consider that we are seen globally as inferior ngr stock by every ethnic group allowed to immigrate here, yet it is conveniently kept on the hush so as to not awaken the sleeping BG's... enslaved in AMERICA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8EwzisBEHc
Kings & Queens Affirm:
I keep my mind and thoughts off “this world” and I place my entire focus on God within as the only Cause of my prosperity. I acknowledge the Inner presence as the only activity in my financial affairs, as the substance of all things visible. I place my faith in the Principle of Abundance in action within me.
Therefore, I trust and follow my feelings and thoughts without question or delay.
A WORD FROM Ci MoMMA “Missy Mello”
No one likes to be called a rookie. We like to think we know more than nothing about everything, especially when it comes to dealing with relationships. But, as much as what we like to think we know, the sky-rocket increase of the online Boo-Up sites and the overrated lover’s dual reality shows, display many of us don’t know as much as we think we do.
It’s interesting to see how we are quickly to point out potential round-away-rats and the dogs who are no longer walking on fours; but when it comes to dealing out our own sinner pies, we become muted saints. Its as if we are embarrassed to be seen as anything less than our own perfect perception of what we think others should see us as. Roles like the Video Vixen, the Goody-2-Shoes and the Intellectual are played according to what we feel we are capable of perfecting and which would insure us the validation of which we are in search of. As long as we are able to hold that picture, it’s all good. In result, subconsciously, we allow our weaknesses to be pushed to the back burner so we can move on to more important things that requires less of our time; or so we think.
Did you know that the majority of Freedmen's Bureau records are now digitized and available online for free, as well as the records of other institutions that served newly-freed African Americans during Reconstruction? Angela Walton-Raji and Toni Carrier have built a new website called "Mapping the Freedmen's Bureau - An Interactive Research Guide" (www.mappingthefreedmensbureau.com) to assist researchers in locating and accessing records of the Freedmen's Bureau, Freedmen's hospitals, contraband camps and Freedman's Bank branches. Researchers can use the website's interactive map to learn which of these services were located near their area of research interest. If the records are online, the map provides a link to the records that tell the stories of newly-freed former slaves in the American south. The goal of this mapping project is to provide researchers, from the professional to the novice, a useful tool to more effectively tell the family story, the local history and the greater story of the nation during Reconstruction.
Angela Walton-Raji is an author, genealogist, guest lecturer and producer of the weekly African Roots Podcast and Toni Carrier is the Founder of LowcountryAfricana, a free website dedicated to African American genealogy and history in SC, GA and FL.
Communication is definitely an art that must be examined by the listener and the communicator to ensure clarity and proper understanding. Unfortunately, more often than not our personal filters which are our thoughts, feelings, and past experiences cause barriers that block true communication. Let's talk about these "filters".
I keep my mind and thoughts off “this world” and I place my entire focus on God within as the only Cause of my prosperity. I acknowledge the Inner presence as the only activity in my financial affairs, as the substance of all things visible. I place my faith in the Principle of Abundance in action within me,
And as so,
I trust and follow my feelings and thoughts without question or delay.
Mission: Our mission for the I.A.M.S. Darts and Smarts of Being 100 iMinistries, is to be the presence of African-American Cultural Awareness. In which, we as people of culture, can become empowered, and succeed by gaining a wakefulness and understanding of the knowledge of our ancestors of antiquity.
This gen has erected Great civilizations, but has been left out of our field of cognizance.
At I.A.M.S., we encourage and support the demonstration and application of our ‘Deific Gifts’ in living fully from that perspective of ourselves on a daily bases.
With a realization of the art form of "Imaginal Conception=IC,” SolLuna Alchemy is an exploration of the mind, body, spirit in its fullest expression of its sovereign cogency! (Inspired by Doreen Virtue, "Healing With The Fairies"...John Randolph Price, "The 40 Day Prosperity: Abundance Book".)
We feel it is necessary for I.A.M.S. to dream and think big; as well as develop a strong constitution of obtaining individual, as well as community aspirations, through study and practice of applying the proper mind set and feeling nature to all deeds.

How would the way we view and interact in relationships change if we gave each other an unobstructed chance to win each others’ hearts? Imagine if we stopped holding back, creating arbitrary rules, and being fixated on satisfying our “preferences”, and simply gave people a fighting chance. Most people go into a relationship with many preconceived notions, and sometimes expectations, typically based on personal experiences or observation. These notions and expectations typically lead to people having barriers or borders that inhibit the progression of a relationship. What happens when you decide to remove those borders? What happens when you cannot live without borders? Special guest host for the night is friend to the show, Brianna! Call in and join our discussion on this titillating topic.

Tonight's special guest is Jennifer Martinez from Garland, Texas. "I speak to groups of individuals regarding Child sexual abuse and my personal experience with this topic," she says. "It is my passion to motivate and inspire individuals who struggle with anger and forgiveness." Jennifer was sexual abused by her older cousin from age of 3 to 11. She never told anyone, and grew up troubled and tormented by her past. She secretly hated her mother for not protecting her. Jennifer had her first child at 16 and was pregnant again by the age of 19 years old, and attempted shortly after her second child was born. A Psychiatrist diagnosed her with bipolar disorder which was then called "manic depression." At her very first family therapy session Jennifer told her mother what her nephew had done to her, and she found out that her cousin had tried to sexual abuse her sisters, too. Years later Jennifer found out that her aunts husband had been sexually abusing her abuser. By the time she was 25 Jennifer was a single mother of five children. After many highs and lows, feelings of guilt, hopelessness, hatred, unforgiveness and several suicide attempts, Jennifer decided enough was enough. She wanted to learn how to control her episodes in order to give her children a chance at life. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in counseling. She currently works for the State of Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative services as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and counsels and guides individuals with disabilities daily. Jennifer plans on entering the psychology Doctoral program in the fall.
For most of my adult life, I worked as a Registered Nurse confident in my abilities to heal and build positive relationships with others. My happy and optimistic mindset was a benefit to me in many ways. However, I was unaware of the lessons my relationships were teaching me.
One day I found myself in a wheelchair with a fractured ankle from a fall, in physical pain and having difficulty completing the simplest tasks. At the same time, I found myself in the midst of stressful relationships that were not what I had hoped for or believed they were. How did I get here? What went wrong?
Before I found my way, I struggled with stress and anxiety. I was overwhelmed and felt swept along with the ups and downs of this experience and felt pushed to outcomes I believed I was powerless to control. I was forced to stop and to really think about what was happening.
I made the decision to believe that I could change my experiences and outcomes by changing myself; to let go of negative thinking and feeling like a victim. I searched for a higher, softer way of feeling, thinking and understanding which led me on a journey of self discovery and the magic of the universe.
I came to believe that I could choose what I was feeling, which was not affected by anyone or anything around me. I became a true healer and spiritual teacher and started by healing myself.
The wisdom I want to share with the world as a result is: You can be the change that transforms your world. You no longer need to live in fear, anxiety and overwhelm. Your relationships can be ones of love, joy and peace. You can be powerful and choose your feelings and thoughts which will change your life.
How does it feel to hear your Truth and to Listen to it too? How can we accept our own success and feeling worth our greatest feelings! Success is something we learned to define ourselves by outward success, yet when we can react and live with the truths we hear about ourselves, then every part of our lives starts to feel successful. We are in a time to bust the doors of the past wide open! Tune in and Join in on the Conversation Tomorrow morning at 5;30 AM, PST
