So far, all of our podcasts have dealt with interviewing CEO's of some the leading Biometric companies worldwide. With these vendors, they offer products and solutions primarily designed for the private sector, as well as the governments. Today, we take a totally unique perspective for this radio show. We interview Mr. Jon Cole, the Managing Director for Skotkonung, based out of the United Kingdom. They are a software development company, which makes mobile apps for those clients whom are invoved in the international development environment. Meaning, those companies which serve humanitarian needs. In this regard, Skotkonung has two distinct product lines:
1) The Deploy Advisor;
2) Cash and Voucher Transfer.
It is the latter product line which makes use of Biometrics, focusing upon Fingerprint Recognition and Facial Recognition. Find out more about these unique innovations in this radio show!
Fingerprint Cards AB, is a Biometrics Company located in Sweden. Fingerprint Cards is a designer of Fingeprint Sensors, Modules, and Software Development Kits. In this interview, we find out more specifically about the types of sensors they make, as well as the modules. We find out about their customer success stories, as well as their plans for future growth and expansion. Fingerprint Recognition, as a technology, is the dominant force in both the financial and wireless sectors. We also find out what kinds of applications they have developed for these markets, especially for the Smartphone, as security is becoming the prime concern in this industry. We also probe more into their algorithms, and how it stands out from the other algorithms in the Biometrics Industry.
In today's radio episode, we fly back to the European Continent, and interview a leading Facial Recognition company known as "Herta Security", based out of Barcelona. Herta offers a broad product line, with many features and benefits for its customers. For example, their product line can:
*Identify groups of people on the move in large scale setings;
*Simultaneously identify a group of people in different external environments;
*Identify a particular individual out of a crowd of people.
But, Herta Security also has another product called "BioMarketing", which can be used for market research purposes. For example, an advertising firm can gauge the success of a future product launch by how potential customers react to certain stimuli with their face. To find out more about this, we have the honor to interview Mr. Gary Lee, International Business Development Manager. We will also learn how their other facial recognition products are being deployed, and also discover what the adoption rate is for this particular Biometric modality in Spain.

"There is something terribly wrong in America – with America. People can feel it, they can sense it, and are now beginning to see “it.” Anyone with spiritual discernment knows that America is in deep trouble. We are bankrupt as a nation, not just financially, but morally and spiritually. Political solutions alone will not repair the spiritual problems we have. There is a war being waged against the very principles on which the United States of America was founded. Judeo-Christian values, morality, ethics, integrity of strong men and women of faith, unafraid to acknowledge the Divine origins of the God-given rights to the people of a new nation are now the new targets. This covert war did not just suddenly appear under the reign of Barack Hussein Obama, but it was most certainly expedited by his command. Definitions of “enemies of the state” were changed from actual or potential terrorists to those whose beliefs and values did not match his agenda. The traditional functions of law enforcement, and other emergency services, have not changed. Creating and enforcing conditions for public safety; investigating crimes; conducting rescue operations; responding to natural and man-made disasters; and pursuing and apprehending criminals -- these all remain central law enforcement and public safety themes. What has changed dramatically is the technology available to achieve these traditional ends. Geographical software to provide context to data; real-time video from street cameras and smartphones; sensors for navigation inside buildings; augmented reality for contextual, field-of-view information; lasers for 3D imaging; facial recognition and biometrics for identification; big data analytics for forensics -- all are in various stages of development and adoption. In this radio show, Kishore Jethanandani will discuss these and other technologies, and the effectiveness, safety, and speed of law enforcement and emergency response.
