    Family Banking.................

    in Real Estate

We shall discuss a concept today that should be applied to ALL families and the is the concept of "Family Banking".

First things first this concept applies to FAMILIES ONLY !!!!  It is a "private" entity for FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY; absolutly no transactions should occur outside of the family.

Many people think to start a "Family Bank" you would need much money, but in reality U do not.  You simply need to learn the basics and start with a very sum of money. Of course the Family Bank must invest to make the money grow, but the family can invest in projects that they know and have control over.

Make sure that you have pen and paper ready for this podcast...........the Family Bank Concept is one that EVERY family should bring into reality.  Why bank outside of the family when your family owns their own (private family) bank ?

Friends and Family Online Bible Study

    in Religion

This week our study will take us to the 23rd Chapter of the Book of Matthew.  Thank The Lord for those of you who participate in our weekly online Bible Study.  God continues to bless this study.  The Lord continues to enlighten our gathering with love and abundant truth.

Matthew 23:1 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

2 Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:

3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,

6 And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,

7 And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

Introducing Generation 99 to Generation debt

    in Culture

This podcast is six minutes long and is about money, college, education, debt and other important information about life, family and children. Gregarious Greg references the book "Generation Debt" by author Anya Kamenetz.Greg credits the author with fine writing which allowed him insight about the obstacles of pursuing college for Generation 99.

This can be viewed as a tool for guiding college bound students even for today's generation. Even though it was published almost 10 years prior, the material is still quite useful. "The Heritage and Legacy Evolvement Forum" has gained an asset from the information attained in this book.

Greg's assessment of this book is strictly his personal viewpoint. He sides with no particular position or recommendations .

"Family Talk Wednesday" Why are kids so disrespectful these days?

    in Youth

Parents have no control. Either they dont want control or it is taken away from them by the government. If a kid gets his *** whipped because of bad behaviour, all the little bastard has to do is go to school and say he is being abused. In addition, parents want to be friends and not role models for their kids. No responsibility from the parents. There is a reason for social structure. Teachers also have no control. If an instructor gives a bad grade, the kid goes and cries to the parents that the teacher doesnt like him/her and then the parent gets irate and goes off on the teacher. The teacher then in turn, says, "I dont get paid enough to deal with this bullshit." and just passes the little bastard. In addition, teachers are at fault for not having a good bullshit detector to identify the bad kids. Finally, teachers mess up by not asserting authority and try to be friends instead of mentors.

Television shows depicting the children running amok. First off it is the parents that need to stop allowing their kids to watch this crap, but kids are easily influenced by television. The things their parents did and they turned out great and most of them respected others and were good kids...not all but most unlike today. Kids now have more freedom now which I am thankful for. For me, I don't really listen to today's music. I like music from my grand parents and great grand parents generations. It just sounds better in my opinon.
