Neil Haley Interviews Author and Coach, Lance Loya

    in Education

Lance Loya has a passion for teaching people to be good teammates! He is the author of two books—the popular children’s book Be A Good Teammate and the newly released Building Good Teammates. Although Loya has spent most of his coaching career at the collegiate level, he has worked with players at nearly every level of basketball. His youth basketball camps are some of the nation’s largest and attended by several hundred players every summer, popular with aspiring players becasue of the emphasis on teamwork. Campers are reminded daily that good teammates care, good teammates share, and good teammates listen™.

A former point guard at Garrett Community College and the University of South Carolina-Upstate, Loya garnered a reputation for being a “coach” on the court and true student of the game. As a player, he earned Academic All-American honors, and went on to earn a Masters degree in sports management. He is presently the all-time most winning basketball coach in Mount Aloysius College history. Though innovative in his coaching techniques, Loya's philosophies are still deeply grounded in a strict adherence to fundamentals, discipline, and good sportsmanship, which he instills in players. Becoming a Cosmic Citizen - Matt Chambers - Contact in Costa Rica

    in Spirituality

Matt Chambers is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in International Affairs, concentrating on Latin America… Matt got properly schooled over a period of years when he realized his traditional academic education was insufficient to explain his personal understandings and societal observations.  Mr. Chambers started having spontaneous Out of Body Experiences (OBE) in 2007. Following a prolonged series of deeply transformative OBE’s, Matt started intensive research into the metaphysical, spiritual, and ET phenomenon. While living in Costa Rica, Matt had an interdimensional attack, he swam into the Pacific Ocean in the middle of the night as a last resort, and lost his passport, money, and clothes off the shore of Jaco, Costa Rica in 2015… Matt swam back to land naked, and spiritually reawakened. Matt is a seeker of truth, a commodities trader, political activist, and is currently working in the Solar Industry.
