    in Self Help

Happy New Year! Please join me this Sunday, January 12, 2014, 4:00pm, PST, as I welcome Robert to the program. Robert has ADHD, and like many in the adult population, was diagnosed later on in life. Robert discovered he had ADHD when his son was diagnosed, when he started school. During Robert's research into adult ADHD, he found an adult support group in New York City. He felt at home immediately in this group, and soon after became an active part of the leadership. Today, 10 years later, he is one of two leaders, helping the adults in the group understand and embrace their ADHD. Robert and I will be discussing mindfulness, and how it can help with the stress related to New Year Goals, helping those with ADHD overcome procrastination, and increase their successes. We will also be touching upon the effects of Cortisol on the mind and body! Please feel free to call in and talk to Robert and I, (917) 889-7025.

Energy Medicine and Autism - An Awesome Approach

    in Spirituality

In The Flow Host, Tracy Liebmann welcomes autism pioneer Suzy Miller M. Ed. to discuss the most cutting edge remote healing techniques for both children and parents affected by ASD.

We will be discussing Suzy's ideas regarding this "epidemic". Here is an excerpt from her website to give you a feel for the information we will be discussing...

Regardless of diagnosis (Autism, ASD, A.D.D. or A.D.H.D) or your current perception, these children are beyond our experience of different. Collectively and individually they have a plan. From a soul/spirit vantage point, I am constantly amazed at what the children diagnosed on the autism spectrum are capable of, the direction they are attempting to take us and the multi-layered impact they are having on us all. At a physical, emotional and mental level, children diagnosed with autism and other conditions related to energetic sensitivities present with the significant challenge of being here in their physical bodies while attempting to maintain the truth of who they are.
