Minister Nikki Gilbert is our speaker this week at Restoration Place, where we start in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10 with Jabez, who asked God to enlarge his territory, and keep him from the hands of evil.
Jabez was mislabeled by his mother as being "born with sorrow", as the Bible states in 1 Chronicles 4:9.
However, both Minister Nikki and God are here to say that no matter what other people may label you, none of that matters, when God has the final say on what you will become.
Please welcome Minister Nikki Gilbert to Restoration Place on the King James Radio Network.
Cristian was adopted at 2 1/2 years old from Guatemala. He has struggled over the past 7-8 years with abandonment issues which has resulted in cutting, being suicidal at times and extreme anger. At 9 years old Cristian shared with me that he felt like he had a calling on his life for ministry. Satan has tried to take this boy out like nothing I have ever witnessed before...BUT God has His hand on Cristian's life and continues to show Himself strong!
Board of Director meeting was held on February 13th (Sat) at Skype at Nigeria 17:00PM, Nigeria 9:00AM
Agenda was about cultural values, and some introductions and comments from Mr. Sam Edet and Misa Kojima who are nominated for candidacy to become Board members. We discussed CRARN sponsorship, the orphanage in Eket, Nigeria, and then, the important matter concerning how some board members misunderstood the aim of our organization. In spite of frequent open discussions to share ideas, we have repeatedly seen actions deviated from main focus to help the poor. Some were disappointed and left the organization. Board of Directors are expected to communicate all the time because of frequent obstacles and challenges. If you come to the Board of Director for expecting employment and demand high salary for it, you would be disappointed, because that is not our focus. We build projects by communicating each other, as we face many challenges such as Nigerian government's non-responce, a member's fraud and misdeed, etc. Frequently these questions were posted to the board but hardly none came with responses. That left secretary general to solve the problem all alone regardless she is not on the ground in Nigeria. If you are solution oriented, and are able to offer solutions--and not creating problems--you will by no means given a paying jobs or contract to start with. For example, Sam Edet requires some payment for filming and editing. Misa Kojima will be paid for transport and hotel cost to join the seminar.
Same-sex marriage is a phrase that conjures quite a bit of contention. The contentions are subject to arise in any organization whether it is a family, workplace, the military or church. The Episcopal Church it seems has sided with same-sex marriage by allowing the marriage of two of their lesbian clergy members. Of course, this marriage has brought on contention. But why does the contention occur? Is there really something wrong with same-sex marriage? If there were something wrong with same-sex marriage don’t you think members of the clergy would know that?

“Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place. So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress.
Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined. And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”

SUNDAYS ON THE SPIRIT ALIVE MINISTRIES NETWORK
The Spirit Alive Praise & Worship Experience
How To Recover From Failure
We will share a very special Valentine's Day message about learning to love ourselves after we have failed. This sermon has five points that will help us to know God's love even while we overcome failure. If we allow God to take control our lives and do as He asks, when we walk humbly before Him in the surplus of His grace; God will reset the priorities of our lives allowing us to operate in the flow of His love.
Join Us: 9:00 AM (PST)-11:00 AM (CST) -12 NOON (EST)
The Spirit Alive Praise & Worship Experience is an interactive virtual church where we are standing in the gap for those who can't go, or won't go into the building by providing a safe and loving atmosphere where they can simply hear the word of God. There's no fashion shows, no offerings, and no pomp and circumstance, all we offer is the love and light of Jesus Christ.
