Welcome to The Power Exchange.... tonight we are talking about 50 Shades of Gray and how it has opened up the BDSM world to society but also how the reality of this world is not depicted in the books....at all.
Come on in and listen to me and some guests in a discusssion and share your thoughts and views.
You never know what will happen during The Power Exchange.
This radio show was inspired as a result of a very spirited discussion on my Facebook Page about the book / upcoming movie 'Fifty Shades of Grey'.
This radio show is about 'sex with a narcissist'. It is about why narcissists do what they do regarding sex, and why many of them are sex-addicts, adulterous and objectify sexual partners. You will also learn about many other tactics the narcissist uses within sexual power-play.
During this radio show you will discover the stark differences between sex with people who are healthy and whole, as measured against sex with people who are wounded.
You know how sometimes you read something, and you can't let it go? I felt that way after reading Jennifer Trout's hilarious recap of 50 Shades of Grey. What starts out as a funny blog project quickly turns into a frustrating journey. Why is this book considered a romance? Why is it referred to as erotica? And for god's sake, why is the damn thing selling like it is? Erotic and paranomal romance author Patricia Eddy was more than happy to join me in this conversation, and we also discuss her own work In His Silks, that is a healthy look at a couple in a respectful BDSM relationship.
I know -- you read the title of this podcast and you said, "What?!" This is what happens when Audrey and I are unleashed on a topic! We end up all of the place. But the important factors for this podcast involve what do we do about the low-quality SAD diet. And why are women being sold a "romance" that is based on a highly abusive relationship. Listen in to me and Audrey as we hop on our soapboxes and attempt to figure out how to change the world.

They share the character development, choosing what's in the heads of the male and female characters. They say their technique of using separate male and female voices for the characters, especially in their unspoken thoughts, produces a multi-dimensionality to the interactions and connections of the men and women in their writings.
Submissives Caught on Camera, by J.R. Luxor, follows the lives of four couples in the San Francisco Bay Area who practice BDSM in their sex lives, sometimes, to varying degrees, with each other. This is the third of a series, beginning with BDSM Romance, How One Man Recruited and Trained a Sub, and then Wearing His Collar, the View from Below. In Camera, the four couples decide to make a video of one of their events, their sex parties. Not every woman of the four has sex with men other than her partner. The couples have different arrangements for their sexual interactions with others.

Synn is sick this week, so Elwood is brewing some coffee and discussing the good, the bad, and the nearly jail time as he dives into the world of role play abductions. This is quite sexy, but not for the faint of heart! Do not try this at home, and these stories may or may not be true. Hear about one that turns into a gang bang and the story of nearly going to jail! Enjoy!
