Our Blogtalk radio family has worked together to create two pieces of legislation, one concerning Police and the other concerning Prisons. Today Congressman Danny Davis of the 7th District will listen to these suggestions and guide us through the process of how these ideas can be presented to Congress made into laws. The proposed legislation is as follows:
Prisons: 1) Remove the objective to keep these as profit making ventures. Change the objective to one of eventually closing them all, "going out of business." 2) Make the objective to restore to wholeness those who have committed offenses against others, not punishment or vengeance for their crime. 3) Release everyone who is not jailed for a violent offence. 4) Release everyone incarcerated for drug trafficking or using drugs in which no weapons or acts of violence were involved. 5) Allow those who are in jail because they cannot pay a bond to be immediately released, if jailed for a non-violent offense. 6) Provide psychological evaluations and counseling services for violent offenders serving time in prison. 7) Provide education for those incarcerated, if they do not have a high school diploma. 8) Provide vocational training for those who are inside, preparing them for when they will be released. 9) Allow those serving long time or life sentences to serve the community by talking to errant youth in a "scared straight" program. 10) Expunge all records after the person has served time and been released, and do not require any reference or admission of committing a felony on an job applications.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), hosted by MaryLovesJustice Neal
Advocacy to end police violence against the mentally ill, end solitary confinement, decriminalize mental illness, remove barriers to timely psychiatric treatment, increase mental hospitals, reinstate insurance coverage for psychiatric hospital inpatients, relax laws blocking involuntary commitment, establish assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs that mandate continued psychiatric treatment and provide subsistence assistance (food and housing) for mentally ill people, especially those released from correctional facilities and hospitals. Eliminate incarceration without trials, support crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers. End capital punishment against all people, especially those with brain dysfunctions caused by retardation, drug addiction, and/or mental illness.
We support H.R.3717 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act", a congressional bill introduced by Rep. Tim Murphy in December 2013.
Guests include people who did or still do wrestle with mental illness in themselves or close relatives as well as people with specialized knowledge about inmates and defendants with mental illness. 'Tis the season for exciting football and to be grateful for the excitement that football brings to sports fans' lives. This latest edition of Diehard Football Radio will have a special interview with George St. Lawrence of the Collegiate Development Football League as well as see the panelists express what has brought them joy during this very exciting and controversial football season. We'll look back on NFL week 16 & look ahead to week 17. What was the oddest oddity of week 16 along with the best upset and who was the most valuable and least valuable player? Assuming the Bengals will win against the Broncos, who will win the AFC North between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals? Who will win the NFC North between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers? Who will win the NFC South between the Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers? Why the Seattle Seahawks are not a lock to make Super Bowl 49 will be discussed and much, much more. Happy holidays, football diehards.

What would be considered the worst experiment since Tuskegee ? The MMR vaccine application to the African American boys - knowing full well that the CDC since 2001 (we have proof) has know of a 3.36 RR (relative risk) in the MMR Study. What does that mean ? If we deduct 1.0 RR (relative risk) for the general population we have 2.36 which translates into 236 percent INCREASE in autism for African American boys given the MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccine before the age of 36 months of age. All children according to the CDC 's vaccine schedule are to receive the MMR vaccine before the age of 36 mths. There is a increase of autism across the board but nothing like the control group of the African American Boys. The CDC has know about this susceptbility group since 2001 - and has done nothing. What would have happened if those boys were white ? Thats right a lot more would have been done. Listen in and hear the rest of the story . Call in number is 646 716 7259. @vaxttruthnews
